came in to deposit a check the other morning and my mistake is not reading the review of this place. when I first came in, it was not busy and i got into a line waiting for my turn for 5 minutes and ended up walking up to the teller. The first thing I saw the teller was doing was checking her facebook on the computer reflection off her glasses. I can also tell by the look on her face that she doesn't want to work. I told her i wanted to deposit the check and she started to ask me question and ask my ID like if this check is actually my and ended up telling me can't be deposit. If you guys want better service and better customer service, i would advise you guys to go to Mountain View castro street. way better service than this dump. I hope corporate would take action and retrain all the staff again.

This WFB branch has poor customer service. Lines are long. Clerks are minimal. Some customers need to be pulled aside to work with a manager, because with language or lack of financial finesse, they are holding up the line. It is pitiful to even go inside this branch. Avoid it at all costs!

Horrible branch, abysmal customer service. There was a very elderly couple there today and these folks couldn't care to help them. They did not have an appointment so the staff was asking them to come back next week. The old lady tried to explain to the two ladies that's it's a real effort to make it to the branch but they couldn't care less. The manager did not make any effort to help. And the demeanor of the two women staff was abominable. They should just be shutdown !

I come here all the time and when I needed them to help me clowin my CD account because of the 7 days period ( I thought I scheduled an appointment but something when wrong) they didn't care an didn't help me and I wasn't able to so this online. very disappointed.

Had a scheduled appointment with Wells Fargo. The bank called the evening before confirming the appointment, what I was looking to do and stated it would take about 30 minutes. Went into the scheduled appointment and bank was busy. Appointment started 15 mins later due to a previous appointment. Banker did not know what the appointment was about and informed me to do what I wanted was going to take an hour to set up. Lack of communication and valuing my time.

Why did they decide to close on Saturdays???? And the weekday bank hours are 9-5 so people who have jobs need to take time off from work to visit this branch. Ridiculous.. They closed the Mathilda branch for good too.

One teller! Long line to outside of the door at 2:30 pm. WTH. The poor lone teller.Time to switch to a better bank service.

ATMs don’t work. 20min wait in line to make a cash deposit. Garbage policies by greedy executives is taking its toll on everyday folks. Bad Wells Fargo

This branch is abominable. they always have a line of 15+ people with at most two tellers. In addition, simple transactions take forever. I just wanted some cash this morning, including some non-20 bills. The process took 8 minutes, including the construction of and scanning of a paper request. PAPER!!! One banker was brave enough and kind enough to come out to apologize to everyone in the line.

With all the other Wells Fargo's that have closed in this area people have no choice but to go to this branch. There can be a line all the way to the door and there's one teller working and this isn't just an isolated incident it's every time I go there. The people are nice so that's not what the one star is for it's the service that is really bad.

Wells Fargo has been down sizing as are other banks . Use ATM is best to use, but if you need banking done, make an appointment as you will not be seen. Only 2 tellers , a third is really needed and a forth as a floating person when needed. As this service is truly needed, this location suffers with that.
