I might be slightly biased as this store is really close to my house (10 or so minute walk), but I have to say it isn't that bad. I used to use Amazon cash, and every time, the cashiers did not know how and struggle. They would eventually get it after calling the manager, but that's just an extra 5 minutes on top of a simple transaction.
I generally only go there to get snacks, so when I saw that they don't have my favorite (pretty common) chocolates in store (on their website), I don't really want to believe it. So I go anyway, and, guess what? There they were! At least 5 large packs of them, too! While I do say the website isn't
too trustworthy, it worked out for me anyway.
All in all, the service is kind of poor, although I do think they are trying. I haven't had anyone be outright rude to me, and I've been going for years. The website could use some work. But the general quality of the store, as well as the variety of items, is pretty solid. It's okay for me! ?

Service is generally going down hill, not just in the pharmacy but at the front registers and photo department. Maybe understaffed? Poorly managed? The ONE consistently stellar employee is in the beauty department. You'll know when she's there, because she always goes above and beyond to be courteous, helpful, and efficient. A particular incident that prompted me to write a review was the front register person changing my account settings to automatically send an email receipt, omitting the printed. I never requested this change, and she did it without my permission by pushing buttons on my interface screen at checkout. I do not like wasting paper, but having had several mistakes made at this particular store over the years, I ALWAYS like to check my printed receipt. Unfortunately, this gives me one more reason to avoid this store when possible.

One of the pharmacists named Jun is very rude and unprofessional. She refused to apply the coupon code I have from doctor and insurance company, and told me to leave at once because there are other customers waiting and she doesn’t have time for me. A male pharmacist later helped me correctly applying the coupons. He is friendly professional and nice. Please train those unqualified ones.

Wow! Hard to get on the phone, I actually drove from my house and waited before they even got back to me on hold. This isn’t a new issue. They constantly mess up insurance and etc. I don’t know why I keep coming here except that it’s 15 min from my house. This has been going on for 2 years!!! It’s wild

Just woah. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but my god why are you letting your employees get on the intercom at 6:30pm when you close at 10pm telling people to "get out" and "why are you still shopping here?" Really disappointing customer service.

If you have very important prescriptions to fill/refill and have a hard time making it to the pharmacy, do not go here. I unfortunately live closest to this location and have had the misfortune of going here often. It doesn't matter what day or time you go, the wait will be an hour+. Including if you have a vaccine appointment. I can't tell if they're truly short staffed or have inexperienced staff which is why the line is always long.

Rude Cashier. Just as I placed merchandise I was about to buy, this cashier lady just left looking and didn't bother saying anything. This terrible store is the SUNNYVALE, CALIFORNIA WALGREENS on Mary Ave. And Fremont where the cashiers are not trained or professional. However, the SANTA CLARA WALGREENS a few miles away is a good Walgreens to shop at.

I rarely write reviews and even more rarely bad ones but this store deserves it richly. I ordered a print there and was given a pick-up time, when I showed up 2 hours after that indicated time I was met by the most unmotivated staff member you can imagine. She shuffled around the photo department for a few minutes and then told me that the print wasn't ready, that the pick up time I was given is merely a suggestion and not an actual guarantee that the order is actually ready for pick-up then. I asked her to print it right now and her response was "I don't know how to do that". She told me that she could not tell me when the print would be ready and that they wouldn't call me when it was ready and that I should call them to find out. That was yesterday, I have been on the phone to try and connect with them for 30 minutes now. Nobody in the photo department is picking up and when I ask other staff members to check into the order and ask them NOT to connect me to the photo department because nobody is picking up, they connect me to the photo department and I am in the endless waiting loop again. I have been going to this store for years, not anymore. They couldn't care less about customers.

Please avoid this pharmacy at all cost. Just waited for almost 1 hr to pick up med when they said the wait time is 20 min. And for the past half an hour, it’s not even busy. My doctor said this place is slow but I didn’t know it was going to be THAT slow. Rather just go a bit further to a CVS.
