One time they screwed up 4 times over 3 prescriptions in one week. It got so bad my Doctor asked me to get a new pharmacy so that they wouldn't have to deal with this store any more.

Careless staff, money mongers. Gave me incorrect meds and promised me refund but they never returned it. Front desk redirected me to pharmacy and Pharmacy redirected me to front desk. Then i have raised transaction dispute for the same with bank's help. Hopefully they will resolve it.

My wife and kids went to get passport pictures. This older guy with heavy accent was so mad because the electronic pictures he was taking were not proper enough for passport. Eyes closed, kids moving. All in all he toke 3-4 takes per child. He then told my wife this is the last one. There was no one behind us, these are for passports, they wont change for another 6 years and this guy is mad because he has to do his job. Man, what is going on with customer service? How is this guy in customer service if he hates customers. Its not like he is printing photos. Either teach him how to serve or fire him. I will contact the branch manager. Enough is enough. Covid is been over for 4 years, snap out of it and be polite.

The pharmacy here is lovely. I was really worried transferring my prescription from SoCal would be an issue, but they handled it like pros. The kind woman who helped me at check out was so sweet too.

This is my first ever review on Google. I am super sick and I came to walgreens to pickup prescription however after asking me to wait 10 mins( I waited 15 mins) they asked me to wait another 10 minutes at least to get 1 medication I was prescribed for the flu. Extremely frustrating!!!

Pharmacy people get 5 stars, they are amazing here. I will keep coming back for my prescriptions. I took two stars away because the young woman who administers shots is terrible. So painful. I have bruises for my flu and COVID booster. My husband went the week after and told me it wasn't just me, he had the same painful experience. I've never had a flu or COVID booster hurt that much. Maybe she needs more training? I still have bruising a week and a half after.

Terrible customer service, especially from the woman at the photo section who I believe may have been the manager. Was getting a passport photo taken and she didn’t wanna let me purchase my groceries at the counter, just lazy. This will be my last time coming to this Walgreens. If you don’t want to have good customer service change careers

Imagine you just had surgery. Your surgeon sends your prescription to this place, and you show up an hour later to pick it up. You are in unimaginable pain, cannot talk, can’t even stop crying, and they hold you up for 20 minutes because they can’t seem to “find any prescriptions under that name.” Then you’re told to wait in the line for the pharmacist, so you end up waiting another 10 minutes behind the line. The pharmacist comes, takes one look and says “oh yeah we do have it! Have a seat, we’ll be filling it up in 15-20 minutes haha!”Oh? At this point, you contact the doctor’s office and inquire about the prescription, and they tell you that they sent it out for emergency pick up almost 2 hours ago, immediately after you left the office. This is what they did to my little girl. Avoid this wasteland of a pharmacy at all cost.
