I've been using this pharmacy for years and it's hit and miss. There is typically a line with only one person working and often get caught behind someone getting a vaccine. I called to ask why only half of my prescription was available and was told it was out of stock. I had a question about another and the pharmacy manager Bryan told me he was busy giving Covid shots and wasn't going to stay on the phone, told me to do what he said and then hung up on me. This is horrible service, unprofessional, and I still don't have my prescriptions. If you can, go somewhere else.

The truth is that they have a terrible service, from the cashiers to the manager, they are always angry and answer in a bad way, terrible, terrible service

The outside is currently under construction so it wasn't clear that it was open at first, but Carmen and Terrell out in pharmacy are complete rock stars. They went above and beyond and even helped me figure out some prescription issues and redirected me to the next pharmacy with adequate stock due to my short timeline for an upcoming trip. Thanks, all!

Restroom is advertised, "restroom is closed" excuse = 0 stars
Inattentive, indifferent "employee" = god help this country. -5
Don't go here, you'll be disappointed.
Products are the same, prices are the same everywhere now a days
Service is king.

One time they screwed up 4 times over 3 prescriptions in one week. It got so bad my Doctor asked me to get a new pharmacy so that they wouldn't have to deal with this store any more.

Careless staff, money mongers. Gave me incorrect meds and promised me refund but they never returned it. Front desk redirected me to pharmacy and Pharmacy redirected me to front desk. Then i have raised transaction dispute for the same with bank's help. Hopefully they will resolve it.Moving out of walgreens finally..

This is my first ever review on Google. I am super sick and I came to walgreens to pickup prescription however after asking me to wait 10 mins( I waited 15 mins) they asked me to wait another 10 minutes at least to get 1 medication I was prescribed for the flu. Extremely frustrating!!!

Pharmacy people get 5 stars, they are amazing here. I will keep coming back for my prescriptions. I took two stars away because the young woman who administers shots is terrible. So painful. I have bruises for my flu and COVID booster. My husband went the week after and told me it wasn't just me, he had the same painful experience. I've never had a flu or COVID booster hurt that much. Maybe she needs more training? I still have bruising a week and a half after.

Imagine you just had surgery. Your surgeon sends your prescription to this place, and you show up an hour later to pick it up. You are in unimaginable pain, cannot talk, can’t even stop crying, and they hold you up for 20 minutes because they can’t seem to “find any prescriptions under that name.” Then you’re told to wait in the line for the pharmacist, so you end up waiting another 10 minutes behind the line. The pharmacist comes, takes one look and says “oh yeah we do have it! Have a seat, we’ll be filling it up in 15-20 minutes haha!”Oh? At this point, you contact the doctor’s office and inquire about the prescription, and they tell you that they sent it out for emergency pick up almost 2 hours ago, immediately after you left the office. This is what they did to my little girl. Avoid this wasteland of a pharmacy at all cost.
