I went into this store on 3/14/24 to upgrade my phone and everyone in the store seemed nice and willing to help. The whole process went smoothly and I was very pleased that they had the phone I wanted in stock and they didn't even try to offer me products I didn't need. Everything was done in about 15 minutes and I left extremely satisfied. HOWEVER, this morning I received a text stating that a Disney Bundle had been added to my line, which was confusing because I already pay for Disney+ from Disney so why would I need to add it to my phone bill? I tried to log onto my Verizon app and to no surprise, my account is locked and I need to change my password, so I assumed someone hacked my account or something, which happens. After chatting with the Verizon agent through the app (who was wonderful by the way) I've come to find out that this store added this service to my line without my permission. Did they think I wouldn't notice or be notified? While their customer service might be good, I feel it is all a guise to make you think everything is fine so they can try to add shit to your bill to boost their numbers. Be very careful with this store! I'm very thankful to the Verizon Agent I spoke with that was able to get this sorted and have this fraudulent charge removed from bill.

Update : the customer service team reached out to me and offered a refund which I definitely appreciate.Original Review: An employee named Darren charged me $80 just for purchasing a new connection at their store and said the charge was for the activation from Verizon. After going home I have realized that it is for phone set up ( which absolutely requires no support). This is ridiculous that it was not explained properly. If I had chosen to order a new sim online, this could have been absolutely avoided. I regret walking into this store.

Only person staff was working, and she was taking her time while we have a line waiting for her, chit-chatting with the customers. We were then told to wait for another 20 minutes, when we’re next in line. Very bad customer service.

My experience at this store was really great, thanks to Sophia. She was extremely helpful, probably the sweetest person I ever met. She tried getting me the best deal possible. Definitely a great experience there. Would definitely go back even if it was out of my way lol

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! Repeated negligence by this Store, which was acknowledged by the store's general manager, and the general manager responds with a firm refusal to make any meaningful gesture to make amends. Not even an apology! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!Needless to say, I will never be doing business with this store ever again and I am looking into switching to one of Verizon's many competitors.Edit: Victra Support has taken care of this situation with haste. Thank you, Victra Support, for cleaning up the mess this store and it's general manager created with their neglect. This is restoring my trust in the Verizon brand.

Had an appointment here and got turned away at the door and told to go look for another location because they were closing early and not taking anymore customers. I understand if you're short staffed and stuff happens, but at least have the courtesy to let your customers know that you cannot accommodate their appointment ahead of time. Don't waste your time with this location.

I usually don't leave a review however, I feel like Darren went above and beyond, and I wanted to make sure he gets recognized. My daughter broke her phone and was in panic mode when we walked into the Verizon store. Darren was patient and informative and took care of our problem. I will definitely go back if I have any issues or want to upgrade. I know Darren will take care of us.

My husband and I are impressed with the staff at this location. They are friendly, polite, and competent. We had an issue with my Pixel, and the problem got resolved promptly.

Went to get a new Sim card for my girlfriend. I have never seen an employee act so unprofessional his name is Ethan F. At first, he was huffing and puffing about what the last 2 customers needed, and if the issue could be facilitated by the customer. Rebooting phone, etc. We already knew coming in that a new Sim card was needed. He proceeded to cut us off before we could finish explaining and just said that it would cost 40 Dallers and you are my last customer. Ok. Seemingly annoyed, he asked my girlfriend for her phone to insert her new Sim card and asked her about the contents of her phone (a nickname on her home screen). And how did she do that. Harmless question. As she answered, he grabbed his personal phone and began to blow her off while she was talking, and she patiently waited for her phone back. Still on his personal phone She asked him if her phone works now and if she should pay. his answer was (try it) (while he was looking down on his phone). I called the phone to check if it worked, and nothing. He sarcastically tells her maby it's because of the stuff on her phone.. (screensaver nickname) (mocherry) Obviously, the Sim card will take a quick second to load up, but why does he feel the need to bring up a personal item on her phone as a problem while he isn't helping her at all. He clearly had other things on his mind with whoever he was on the phone with, etc. She nicely corrected him and proceeded to make sure it worked on her own. He just hands her the paperwork and walks away. No eye contact, thank you, nothing. She was trying to ask him questions, and she was ignored once again, so we left feeling like we handled our own issue. His customer service was the worst I have seen with any phone store. I was compelled enough to return and ask him if he was ok and if there was a reason for his unprofessional attitude. His response was in the form of a question if i had ever worked retail before ?? It's not my fault you don't like your job, bro. He was already outside with his backpack 10 min before closing hours. I just told him his management needs to humble him, and I'll be contacting them since it's so hard for him. He laughed and walked away as did I. I don't know how this place gets anything done with that service. Good thing the Sim card was only 40$. We will not be returning.

My new Samsung S23 Ultra and Pixel watch are awesome. Ethan F was an excellent guide through the process of choosing a new phone and setting it up for me. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and allowed me the time needed to make my decision. I will absolutely be telling my friends and family to come to this location because of Ethan's service.
