Got a "Tempered Glass" screen protector that they sold me for $65. They installed the protector on my phone. After two days the protector was already chipped, when I took it off it was obvious this was cheap plastic instead of tempered glass. Rip-off for $65....

I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store today. The young lady was really professional, kind, and helpful as I switched from another provider to Verizon. She informed me of all the options, while never being pushy about upgrades and selling more.

Went on a Saturday afternoon to activate service for a BYOD device. Darren helped me immediately and carefully explained all of the plans/options available and helped quickly with setup. Renee helped with some questions on international coverage. 30 minutes for the whole set! Quick and easy! Darren and Renee deserve raises! ? Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and customer focused! Great experience!

I went into this store on 3/14/24 to upgrade my phone and everyone in the store seemed nice and willing to help. The whole process went smoothly and I was very pleased that they had the phone I wanted in stock and they didn't even try to offer me products I didn't need. Everything was done in about 15 minutes and I left extremely satisfied. HOWEVER, this morning I received a text stating that a Disney Bundle had been added to my line, which was confusing because I already pay for Disney+ from Disney so why would I need to add it to my phone bill? I tried to log onto my Verizon app and to no surprise, my account is locked and I need to change my password, so I assumed someone hacked my account or something, which happens. After chatting with the Verizon agent through the app (who was wonderful by the way) I've come to find out that this store added this service to my line without my permission. Did they think I wouldn't notice or be notified? While their customer service might be good, I feel it is all a guise to make you think everything is fine so they can try to add shit to your bill to boost their numbers. Be very careful with this store! I'm very thankful to the Verizon Agent I spoke with that was able to get this sorted and have this fraudulent charge removed from bill.

I went to the Sunnyvale store because my friend had a great experience there with their service. Grace was very helpful. Her customer service was excellent! She was very friendly and kind. Her knowledge on phones overall was excellent but didn’t make me feel intimidated overall, she had an excellent customer service!!!

Darren was very quick and helpful getting me my new phone. Generally the experience takes 30 minutes to an hour, but he was able to get my new phone, a new case, and add the screen protector in around fifteen minutes. He was able to fully explain the finances involved and was very helpful

Update : the customer service team reached out to me and offered a refund which I definitely appreciate.Original Review: An employee named Darren charged me $80 just for purchasing a new connection at their store and said the charge was for the activation from Verizon. After going home I have realized that it is for phone set up ( which absolutely requires no support). This is ridiculous that it was not explained properly. If I had chosen to order a new sim online, this could have been absolutely avoided. I regret walking into this store.
