Pulled off the freeway to get gas, the lady working the register (Diana) came outside to confront me and my friend about where the vehicle was parked. We thought it was the location of the vehicle so I moved over a spot. My friend walked in the store to ask if it was better that we were parked in the proper space and the woman told my friend to leave and that we could “do our drugs somewhere else.” Mind you, crazy lady you over here pretending to call the cops and telling us to leave and all we wanted was some gas and snacks.
Anyway the Chevron down the street was way friendlier, I’ll give them my money all day long.

The worst service I’ve ever had in a gas station. The manager Victoria is really Rude. She should be not working for a corporation as valero. She gives a bad reputation to that location.

They did not vacuum the inside of the car at all. They did a very cursory job wiping down the dash board. When I pointed it out to them they half assed it the second time around. A huge rip off at $55 for "the Works."

Dont listen to old reviews, this place is great. Its not one of those car washes that just rinse and dry with the one small machine, Its a full service car wash and hand dry. I found the staff quite nice and helpful too. Will go back again!

2 bottles of 1L smart water, $10. Not sure if you will find water that expensive elsewhere.

Super rude short man with an accent. Did not even value a potential customer that a had a question. Do not come here if you want good customer service and respect! Also, as other reviews state, quality of service is not worth what you pay for.

Short man with an accent is very rude when I was trying to ask him a question. Also, prices aren't even posted anywhere. They have high prices for quick, bad quality.

I’m not sure why these guys have such a low amount of stars on Yelp. I think y’all need to revisit the ratings on this business. I was in a lot of different gas stations in car washes, and this is one of my favorites. I had a great experience here. Their gas station/car wash is very clean and the manager is very great with customer service. The workers seem to work very hard and they did a great job on my car. The atmosphere is clean and inviting and the customer service was great.

MY NEW AUDI GOT MULTIPLE DINGS BY THE WASH MACHINE!!!! If I can give negative ratings then I would. Got one finger nail sized ding from last visit. Did not pay much attention. But this time got a couple more!!! They are saving the expenses by not fixing the washing machine!!!! The boss is super rude and ignore my complains. Saying they are not responsible. The most expensive car wash in the bay area and no customer service. They do their business like robbers. DO NOT GO!!!

I just came here to fill the air for my ev. The lady was super helpful, I read that it requires $2 to fill the air, but the lady turned on the air station for FREE, and the Air station was in perfect condition. Don’t go to the Chevron at 1265 Lawrence station Rd, instead come here as the air station is working fine.
