Their service is terrible. My mom went there to take her passport photo and they made her wait from 1:30 until 2:30. Just because they didn’t print out some of the documents I had to rush to a FedEx to print them out and came back in 7 minute. I waited outside for the lady to let my mom in but she said she has to take the people that were here before my mom. The way she was talking to us was terrible and she was really mean because my mom was wearing a hijab and she kept on looking at it. It is obvious that she was being racist to my mom which is absolutely horrifying

Staff is super rude and unprofessional here. I really doubt if they were ever trained properly. They didn’t even know priority mail tape is free and asked me to pay for it. After their manager confirmed that it’s free, the lady refused to help tape my package and continued saying I don’t have time. Super frustrating and disappointing.

We had an appointment at 11:30 but were seen ~12. Although it was lunch hour for the lady there she honored our appointment. She was friendly, helpful and quick. There are no restrooms.

Stay the hell away from this location. Incompetent and very rude staff- especially the belligerent lady in the passport service room :”)I came for digital fingerprinting, which is done in the same office as passport service. Passport service is by appointment only. Whereas for digital fingerprinting you need to register, but this location does NOT do appointments. I came with completed registration, was made to wait for 1.5 hrs , while she completely ignored my pleas for information on how to go about fingerprinting. She also raised her voice, and told me she did not have time, and I needed to have more patience :D unbelievable. I eventually left.

I unknowingly put a non-serviceable address for delivery of one of my packages. But thanks to the staff, especially Rimpi, who helped me find my package and let me know that the address I put is unserviceable. They also provided me with useful info about how to use mail holding and PO boxes, with mail theft on the rise at my residence

I came to this E Java Sunnyvale USPS today (Monday) at 11:50am and based on Google it’s not busy at all. I came into the office and there are only one lady at the counter and three customers in front of me.The lady in the counter seems very nice, trying to explain and give different options for the customer. But she took a long time to treat every customer. She did not notice the sequence of the lines and took the person who is not in front of me to service first. I thought it’s going to be a quick service but then this person took 20 minutes and still not finish. The line is getting very long with five people behind me. I walked out the office because of the big service issue here.Post office needs to train staff to understand the urgency of the clients. If the office is empty with only one client, you can take forever time to provide options and extra service but when the line is long, you should quickly finish every client instead of chitchat.Because my next meeting, I then went to the USPS in Allendale Ave in Saratoga (Google said it’s a little busy then usual) where they have three people at the counter and super efficient. Took me only three minutes to finish my stuff.
