I recently moved back to the area and used to loved going to this UPS store for printing and shipping. However, my last visit wasn’t as pleasant and I’m not sure that I’ll go back again.
I don’t usually ship Amazon returns and the previous store I went to wouldn’t charge me to tape up my box if I did, so I didn’t realize they would charge for tape. They told me I needed to tape it up myself. I apologized for bringing it untaped and explained that I didn’t know that due to the previous store I went to.
One of the employees paid for the taping service for me which I didn’t realize until after he paid for it. I’m very grateful for the kind gesture, but unfortunately I was compelled to write this review because he made comments that made me feel like he was guilt tripping me. He made comments like how he paid for it through his own “minimum wage job” and how I “can’t keep doing this.” I would’ve been happy to pay for the tape myself.
I’m still very grateful that he helped me out, but this experience was very off putting and put me off from coming back to this store.

It's not often that I will go out of my way to write a review, much less for a UPS store, but yet the service here in the short time I was here left me such an impression. Run more like a mom & pop shop (in the best way possible), I was seen, advised, and taken care of within the few minutes I arrived. Hai (I hope I'm remembering your name right) went out of his way to ensure my package was taken care of.
While the best UPS store is the one open and closest, I'd urge you to consider this store if you're considering at all the service you want to receive. I consider myself lucky to have this one be both.

I love the owner of this store. He is so friendly and always helpful, and so kind to my kids. There are also two Amazon drop points where you can self serve.

Had very good shipping experience in this store so far in past couple years except today. I was in around 18:55, having some returns label to be printed out, finishing up around 19:03. The guy (first time seeing in store) gave me a bad look and literally told me to get out of the store, said twice “ I want you to get out of here”. Shocked by hearing that.

Meh…
Not able to take any amazon pick up package in store. Hate to come again.

George always goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are completely satisfied. He has a well trained staff as well. I only go to his store because of his excellent customer service. 5-stars

This was my first time shipping internationally and Mr. Hai Le assisted me with every step of the process in a very friendly, polite and patient manner. He gave clear guidance on what needed to be done and the mailing was complete in a very short time. Would absolutely come back here again.

I am in here Store 6:53pm(6 mins before the store close) I need to ship to my package . The lady told me can you come tomorrow. I went there 20 mins driving from Los Altos.
