It’s truly disappointing to have store management (George) be fully unaware of their own UPS policies as well as the policies for USPS. This place will disregard any fact and make up what they feel rather than follow the fine print. If you truly want to waste time and patience, then this is the place to do so. Otherwise I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere as will I once my lease ends for my mailbox.

Don’t recommend for Amazon returns. Well meaning but incompetent employees. Keep plastic bags that don’t open without just throwing the out. Don’t assist customers. Takes too long. Go to Whole Foods.

I was shipping a box and it was almost closed, and needed a small amount of tape. the guy working there was like, “we don’t get paid for taping this, so you need to tape it at home.” Wow. He said that while he was holding the tape in his hand. What an awful service.

I brought an open package with the shipping label. When I asked an employee asian girl for taping it, she answered like a machine that it was my responsibility. She then pointed to the tapes for sale and indicated that I would need to purchase it. And then she just switched to service the other people.
This was disappointing. I have never got declined to help taping a shipping label at any other UPS stores. I will be avoiding this particular UPS store, their customer service is too poor.

Efficient, friendly, and professional UPS location!! This place is well run and is always tidy. There are two automatic return kiosks in the back which staff are more than happy to help you use. Aside from this, I’ve interacted with the staff here on many occasions and they have always been pleasant. Hate doing returns but love this UPS.

If you have a choice of UPS, stores never go to this one. The employees could not be more rude. I watch them slam the door to a customer who came 10 seconds after closing time. I immediately walked out with my packages. I will ship somewhere else. They don't deserve anybody's business
