I came in this store and it was really busy but I just want to say the three young girls Rona, Brenda, and Briana working at the store are really fast, efficient and explain things very well! They made the long line go by really fast; I’m definitely coming back here!

Shout out to Sue (hope I got the name right) for helping me ship a high value package. I messed up and left something important inside. She was gracious and understanding, helping me locate the package, unpack and repack it after I fixed my mistake. Stellar service, I will always come back here for my shipping needs.

If I can give a zero star, I would pay to give zero star option. I was just simply returning amazon package. 2 pairs of pants. it came in 1 bag initially so I used the same amazon bag to return it. This lady( not sure korean or Chinese) was so rude. I told her there are two pants in the package and i have 2 QR codes to scan. she absolutely had explanation on what to do. she said Which one is which QR code?? YOU NEED TO PUT THEM SEPARATE." you know when someone is rude or does not sound customer service. you would know. it was such a unpleasant experience. I am not ever going to use this UPS ever again. They will charge you when you bring your return package untaped. I never knew they charge you for things like that. This place needs to shut down. Horrible, horrible and horrible service.

Completely unhelpful with drop off of international return. No idea how to prepare packaging for customs forms and erroneously said they no longer carry the right folders.
Edit: the Santa Clara UPS store 10 min down the road had no issues with the drop off. Recommend going there instead.

Insisted on $3 to put $0.02 tape on.
If they are making monies via other methods of business, I'm quite sure the offset of $6 tape per week isn't going to break their bank. But they'd rather be uncourteous, rude and petty. I get it's a business and every $ counts - but businesses also have some give and courtesy. The MANAGER/OWNER was ready to be her RUDEST self - probably encouraging her staff to try and be just as mean and rude. ACTUALLY managed to ruin my mood a little. WORST UPS STORE IN THE BAY AREA !
PS they insisted that the Amazon instructions says tape not provided...but Amazon makes it sound like you're dropping it off to courteous people.

I really appreciate the customer service at this store. Special shout out to Brenda who helped me with my Amazon returns a few weeks ago.Brenda was welcoming, friendly and she even helped me navigate my orders at Amazon to help print the correct return label, her patience and willingness to go the extra mile for me is very much appreciated.

Don't get passport photo clicked here. The lighting is poor and photo will be rejected. They should not be offering this service.I'm grateful to the store manager who did give me a refund for my rejected photos. Apparently they don't normally provide this refund which is insane.

The people and service is amazing, and best of all, within walking distance for me.First off I NEVER give 5⭐ because it gives no room for growth, however that being said, the time, effort and genuine care EVERY team member has with Every customer is beyond priceless. Thank you all.
