The staff and management understands the sense of urgency knowing to get their customers in and out. They are always so friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. The manager, is awesome. She trains her staff well which is so refreshing to see. Always a pleasant experience when I go to this location. If you do go there, don’t forget to thank them for all they do!

Would not take my return package because it was not in a “box” they approve of. It was quite literally the box the item shipped in. They then tried to sell me a $6.00 bag which would somehow make it okay to ship and provide “protection”. What a sham.

I often go to this store to return amazon stuff and the staff is courteous and fast. They always seem to be working efficiently with a smile on their face.

My item already came with its own box, but they insisted that I had to buy additional boxes from them. When I refused, they tore off my return label. The next day, I noticed that the order was marked as “shipped” even though the package was never actually sent out. Because of that, I wasn’t able to complete the return later on. This was very unfair and misleading.

I had a great experience with this UPS Store location. The staffs are always friendly, patient, and professional every time I dropped my packages off. I have noticed that they're good at packing and shipping packages, and everything always arrive safely and on time. I also appreciated how Ashlee, one of the staff, took her time to make sure everything is done right.
So If you want a good experience in dropping of packages and communicating smoothly in services, I highly recommend this UPS Store location!

Don’t take passports size photos in UPS. They use a cheap digital camera and do basic printing. Quality is cheap and dull. Cost for 2 photos is $23 and even with a discount, they charged $20.37. Go to Posnet. I was cheated by google as it showed only $11.99

I've had very good service each time I've gone to this UPS store. One time the person behind the counter recommended buying a tape dispenser when I asked. She recommended Staples. My wife and I were unable to cut the tape with the dispenser we bought at Staples. Today we took the dispenser into this USP store and asked the gentleman behind the counter to help. He took the time to help, discovering we hadn't taken off the blade cover. Highly appreciated.

Do not ever come to this store, lack of management. Store manager Ryza has the worst attitude ever, she straight up told me to call the police. UPS said my package is damage, so they discard it without telling me a words
