I am so pleased with the customer service I get from this UPS store. Efficiency, knowledgeable and just so pleasant staff. The manager is just on top of it all, they sure get things moving. I am a happy customer. Thank you

They are very agile and also very understandable, as I don't speak English and some attendants are patient for me to use the translator.
