Its hard to describe how bad UPS has become. The average performance is now a delay. Typically the package reaches the local distribution center and someone decided not to unload the truck causing a 2-3 day delay over a weekend. Management is not responsive to the financial loss this causes their customers. What can I say - an example of company that cares - just not enough to DO THEIR JOB. Use another carrier. US Postal Service is far faster and more reliable in 2024.

Worst UPS service I have ever got. Only one clerk there, super slow. I am waiting for him to serve the customer before me for 30 minutes, and can’t find the lost package. When come to me, he didn’t allow me to pick up my wife’s package, even if I show him my wife and my ID. Super low efficiency and discrimination. Don’t go there! He has Asian hate!

I experienced challenge in returning a bulky item due to Amazon's lack of options with flexibility in their shipping policy, but luckily, Mr. Juan, the UPS professional at this UPS facility eventually helped me to get through this, instead of relying on Amazon's customer service rep, thus I thought this UPS Customer Center is effective and efficient due to Mr. Juan's excellent customer service!
Also, Mr. Juan was not just professional, but also courteous while being effective in solving my shipping challenge with Amazon.

UPS should close their service or should improve.. they even don’t know the exact address.. delivering on different address like they are HIGH … I ordered citizen watch $200 cost .. they delivered on other address .. how can they.. and I claimed one lady call me just asked and hanged up .. this is not the way ….
