Was really excited to go into this location and was about to buy cute nail polish when I’m assuming what was a manager came by and told us that we couldn’t try on nail polish. I had no plans to do so, nor did my friend but when I told the manager she raised her eyebrow and stared back at me. Then continued to check back at me while I was in the store. Not usually one to leave reviews on things, but this interaction left a sad taste in my mouth after being so excited. I get this is retail and my purchase won’t directly impact your store, but I hope that if anyone from this location is reading this that you remember the way you treat people + talk to people matters. It wasn’t about the nail polish, just that you have no idea how somebody’s day is going so you should be more careful with how you treat people. I tried to call the store so I wouldn’t have to leave a review, but nobody answered. Ended up buying the same product from the Ulta inside Target directly above this location. Based on the other reviews left here, I’m assuming this woman was the store manager as it seems to be a consistent problem. I hope you have a wonderful day though.

Very bad service, the girls who work here are extremely rude!! They have such attitude and don’t want to answer any question or concern a customer would haveSo unprofessional and very bad service. Will never visit this location again!!!Deserve zero stars!! Be careful and save trouble unless you want to be treated very badlyI see so many people complaining about their customer service and looks like the management does not care!! They have time to reply here about how sorry they are, but not do absolutely anything about it!! ALL WORDS & NO ACTION

Terrible service. Booked a salon appointment 10 days in advance then they told me they didn't have time anymore when I showed up. No apologies, just rude! Don't book Melissa!

Overall I like Ulta and the products they offer as a store, and not everyone who works there has a rude and condescending attitude, but that has generally been my experience with the people that work there.People are deserving of human decency and respect, and it is literally their job to help customers. It should not be treated as a burden, and I deserve to be met with kindness and respect, not snarky-ness and snobbery. Like I said it’s not every person that works there, but generally my experiences have been bad with customer service ?

Booked an appointment at the salon with Melissa 10 days ahead, received 2 reminders from Ulta. Then when I showed up, the girl accused me of lying, then realized I had booked and rudly said she didn't have time. Completely rude and unprofessional. Don't book with Melissa!

Would give zero star if it's an option...After reading reviews I booked the appointment for hair cut with Lisa.First thing they changed my appointment time twice, first they informed me second time they didn't , I was on the way to my scheduled appointment when received change of time text.Moment I reached she was already with the client still took me for hair wash.Then just asked me what I want I tried to explain what I want and she interrupted me n said I am very busy don't have much time. And started cutting my hair whatever basic I explained.It took her not more than 10 min to do my hair cut then she spent 12-15 min max blow drying my hair.The shortest time ever I spent on haircut.sShe hardly touched my hair while cutting later after washing I realized it's uneven to with no feeling of haircut. I had quite long hair she just cut the length I asked nothing else complete waste of 80 bucks n now my haircut looks terrible whatever she did

No handicap parking. Closest parking is at Target but that can be full and a nightmare of cars snaking around looking for parking.I won’t be back.

I live in Sunnyvale and do a lot of my running around here. Salon services, grocery store, target, gym etc. I go in there dressed in gym apparel 95% of the time. The vibes in there are BAD. There's just no way around it, I certainly thought that after being in there often they would get the hint that I'm a regular customer, who brings my own bag on most occasions, and I'm not stealing. They make it hard to want to shop there. Now, since they have almost everything at the Ulta inside of Target next door I think I'll just start shopping there. You still accumulate points, just don't get special promos and can't use coupons. I can be scatterbrained while shopping and am a person who likes to browse. Whether I'm running in there on a mission for a certain product, doing a pickup, or just browsing. The vibe is uncomfortable EVERY time I'm in there. They are more worried about Loss Prevention than with helping actual customers, which is actually wild because i don't think I've ever seen more than 6 customers in there at a single time. The manager is never personable either- bleh. I try to avoid her cause she's not helpful, not warm and honestly just comes across as snobby.

Believe the reviews reg the customer service.Walked into the store on a weekday morning. Store was completely empty. Just one customer at the checkout who was being helped by an associate.I saw an associate - think she was the manager.Asked her for help with makeup. (I wanted to buy the works - primer, foundation, blushes, lipsticks, setting spray etc. )She said - sorry we are short staffed. Then I see her and another employee just chatting and laughing away. Needless to say, after trying to figure it out for a bit on my own, I walked out. Went to Sephora and purchased all of it. Never walking in that store again.

Very nice and beautiful store, with a wide variety of products, novel furnishings, and good product classification. There is a beauty salon, and the service staff can greet customers appropriately. When checking out, because it is close to the birthday, they also take the initiative to send small gifts, which is really nice Great, the price is so-so, no special discounts!

I bought the waterproof version of my favorite mascara for the first time, thinking it would be amazing. It was not. I was able to exchange it for the regular formula with zero problems. I always have a good shopping experience here and my young daughter likes to learn about products and explore the makeup.

They really need to work on their customer service. No one greets, no one offers to help, they will purposely act busy to not help. The people at the checkout behave like the customer doesn’t deserve to be there or belong there, they’re super blunt and rude. And it’s not a one-off experience; it happens each and every time!
