I came here 3 times to fix squeaks in my Model 3. Every time they fixed the squeak by the next day at no cost. I was able to borrow a loaner vehicle each time. People were very friendly and helpful and the process was very smooth

Terrible repair quality, had to take car to another service center to fix. They too confirmed that job isn't properly finished. No customer empathy: asked to tow the car away from their parking lot while waiting for insurance response Insurance: Declined to work with Tesla Insurance and asked to pay from pocket Communication: Horrible when you request information, super responsive when they need something from you.

I would absolutely avoid the Sunnyvale service center. My experience there was absolutely terrible and even after requesting to speak to the manager got absolutely nowhere. I did have better experience in Santa Clara but I would tell you that avoid Sunnyvale at all costs. I came in to have my P85 plus inspected because there was no plus on the dash or shown on the main computer even though it had a plus on the rear badge. Apparently this is a fairly common issue for this particular model and it's super easy to verify that you have the suspension by just turning the wheel and looking for a one in the last digit of the sticker. I was able to verify this in about 30 seconds. Sunnyvale took over 3 hours and told me no that I did not have a plus that I only had plus seats which is an absolute lie. It even list plus in my stats under the vehicle. Sunnyvale service took several hours told me that it was not a plus, the manager told me he would look into it and never got back to me. I literally spent 3 hours in Sunnyvale and was told that my car was not a plus so not only was I lied to but I had to wait several hours. The person checking me in for service took well over 30 minutes just to get me checked into my appointment. I found the staff there both rude and incompetent. Santa Clara was able to verify that it was in fact a plus and was able to get the computer updated without too much issue. Thanks Tucker!! Sunnyvale not only lied to me by telling me that my car was not a plus but also wasted a bunch of my time and then told me that they would get back to me and never did. If this was my only service center nearby I would absolutely be selling this car immediately.

Horrible experience with this service center. I went in for the common car vibration problem most Tesla owners face when foam comes loose in the tires. They charged for a rebalance on all tires first before even checking whether it might be the commonly documented tire foam problem. They also charged me for a tire rotation when it is pretty obvious they didn't actually rotate them due to markings on the wheels. Lastly at the end of the appointment, they just parked the car in a random spot on the lot and didn't even notify me that the service was complete. After 15 minutes of waiting in an empty lobby, I just got in my car and left. What's even worse? The same problem (violent vibration) came back merely 2 weeks after this appointment. They also left my tires each with different tire pressures. Horrible...

The service representative keeps providing inconsistent updates and estimates. They initially started with a sensor replacement for the AC but then added $255 "general diagnostic" hour right before my appointment. They likely end up still just replace the sensor only but now charging part, laborer plus "diagnostic" which literally push the cost up by 7x.

I brought my Tesla in for service this morning and the service I received was a PERFECT 10 which is never seen in today's world. - Lines to check in your car was short - Attendant was professional and friendly while having my car checked in - Dania my service rep was super awesome. Let's just say she treated me like I was an executive (which I am not). - facility was super clean with shiny glistening floors It was quite an experience and totally not expected especially in today's society and how things work. Keep up with the impeccable service all around!

Awful experience. My model Y had a defect at the time of delivery and my delivery advisor offered to fix it for me or have a service center fix it for me at a later date. I was short on time so I opted to have it fixed at another time, thus I scheduled my appointment here. Upon scheduling my appointment, someone from this service center reached out and accused me of causing the damage, telling me that I needed to pay for my service. Despicable. I promptly found another service center that fixed the issue for me for free. I cannot believe I was treated such a way as a customer, absolutely no accountability on their end.Do not take your car here.Service: Body & Trim

Wow!!! We have had experience with many different car service centers but can honestly say today's experience was absolutely the VERY BEST! Victor and Eddie in Tesla Sunnyvale Service Center treated us in the most friendly, welcoming, professional and caring way when we came in about a noise in our Model 3. Their extraordinary service here is enough to keep us with this brand for many years to come. We are blown away by our overwhelmingly positive experience at this Sunnyvale Service location and very highly recommend them to everyone!

I had my Tesla service at this location, Victor was friendly & efficient. When I pickup my car, Angel was great too. I would choose this location for my future needs over other options.

Wow have things changed here in the last few years... It wasn't long ago that driving up to the Tesla service aisle meant Being ignored by people walking around with clipboards, scowls on their faces and an indifferent attitude. i'm not exaggerating... The worst customer experience you can imagine. Today, immediately greeted with smiles and "how was your day sir" and other such niceties. getting tires replaced and an alignment, it took longer than expected owing to unanticipated problems. Expecting to get the enterprise Rent-A-Car people, instead I got a gleaming new model three to drive. I'm really pleased to update the management on this change. everyone was great but Marlon stood out as being beyond helpful. Thanks guys.

Don't waste your time coming here. I initially booked an appointment with the Tesla Service center up the block (680 E El Camino) and was moved to this one since the issues on my car were minor.Once I picked up my "completed" service and arrived home, I noticed the only thing they did was align my car. The invoice said they replaced parts on my vehicle, which they didn't. All they did was place tape on my car to make it look like the item was in the correct position. They couldn't even simply replace small parts on my car. I'm not asking for the entire suspension to be replaced. I'm asking for a trim piece to be replaced. I've been to other Service Centers and they would tell me what work they performed and if they couldn't do something then they would tell me.I had other minor issues that were on my appointment notes and they weren't even looked at. I'm not sure what the employees do all day if they can't even fix simple things on a car.

Absolutely the worst. I own three Tesla's and have an order for cybertruck. I dropped off car. Told by service manager Jonathan car will 'ready in two days'. 8 days later they had not even started. As car was to head to San Diego immediately after pickup, I was assured car 'will be fully charged and new key will be in car'. As confirmed and instructed by Jonathan, picked up car after hours. . Car was not charged (had 84 miles of charge and keys were nowhere to be found). No work had been completed. Total failure by Jonathan, service department. Love the car, but Tesla service Sunnyvale is total garbage.Service: Battery

We have three teslas and a pending order for the Cynertru k. Two weeks ago we dropped of our 2013 Model S for ery minor service. New key fob, try to identify a rattle etc. I was told by service rep 'Jonathan ' car would be ready in 'one or two days'. Timing was important as we were taking car to San Diego that weekend. This was mader very clear to Jonathan. Bottom line, they never even starting doing the work for a week. I called serval times and connecting with team as to why the delays were occurring was challenging an frustrating. Finally, ten days after dropping car off I was told it was ready. I confirmed with Jonathan that they would fully charge the car and ensure the keys were in the car when we picked it up so that we could take car to San Diego. Instead of being fully charged as was repeatedly confirmed, the car only had 84 miles of charge and key was nowhere to be found. Terrible. Absolutely the worst. not one single service commitment was met.
