Marcelle, Su, Debra, and Nathan were fantastic during the entire process I hired them for. They always answered the phone or emails promptly and answered all of my many questions. In addition to their excellent customer care, they were able to get me the best desired outcome and I could not be more thrilled. I believe my fees were about 10% of my total and well worth it. This is an extremely aggressive and abusive organization and the last thing you should do is trust them with any information or money. These people called me 5 times a day for months. I did not inquire about their services anywhere, nor are they at all relevant to me. I am already on the national Do not Call list. They have a robo call receiver that gives you an option to be removed from the list, but of course that doesn’t work. When I got sick of it one day and answered one of the calls, I again asked to be removed from the list, and was told “that’s not going to happen”.

I needed help dealing with IRS and FTB. I was hesitant to cold call but nobody I knew could make a recommendation. So I Just called picking them out on yelp the original person who took my call Jeremy Espino inspired a degree of confidence enough for me to move forward. After the initial consult I was assigned to Marcelle Debbas and Su Zweers and their teams. Everyone that I spoke to was professional and friendly. Their processes were streamlined and easy to follow. They basically explained what my situation entailed and offered to do the best they could for me. In my particular situation they warned me that I was pretty much screwed. But they advised me, gave me peace of mind and pretty much did what they said they would do. So I'm happy with their performance and take full responsibility for the situation that I found myself in.

I contacted the company, specifically made an appointment, Google calendar, easy to use. They never kept their Zoom appointment. No callback, no customer service. Shame. The site was easy to use and very well presented.

I have been a client of Tax Relief USA for quite some time now. I found them when I started having problems with my taxes. I chose them because they had good reviews and was endorsed and recommended by the Better Business Review. From my first appointment with Ms. Dabbas, she showed nothing but understanding, support and kindness. She worked immediately with IRS to find a solution for me and continues helping me over the years until the present time when I seek her assistance. Ms. Dabbas generously offers me advice when I need it even until now. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Tax Relief USA for a few years for our Taxes and they have done an amazing job. We recently had an issue with a payment made to the IRS which paid off our tax dept. I was in debt for almost $100K to the IRS for not paying my taxes for years. I received lien noticed from the IRS that's when I decided to do something about my IRS debt. I remember going through yelp and found Tax Relief USA. I'm so grateful I found them because they really helped me a lot. They file a settlement with the IRS and in July 16th my settlement was approved. I only pay $100 and they clear my debts from 2014 - 2020 and walk away. Just like that. I still can't believe it up until now. Every time I think of it. I feel grateful and blessed. Thank you so much Melissa Chung, Debra Christmas, Ronson, Natalia, Marcella, Sue and all the staff memebers of Tax Relief USA for all your help. I'm forever thankful. Without all your help. This whole company is a scam. I received a call from them, and just to see how legit it was, I was in the phone with them for about 1 hour. Have them all kinds of fake info. When I explained that I was fake and they should stop scamming people, they referred to me by my wife’s name. So they new I wasn’t who I said I was. They just wanted my bank info. Called the # back and it was a legit #. They just are trying to scam vulnerable people.

Thank you to Chris, Natalia, Ronson, and everyone else on the team who are helping me get my tax issues resolved. I first reached out to Chris and his team back in 2020 and although it was been a stressful and long process, I'm finally catching up with my tax issues caused by my own ignorance during my young adult life. Natalia and Ronson are very patient and explanative and will help you understand your situation and explore options for solutions. This is my first year dealing with this firm . I joint late per recommendation of my previous CPA . Frankly, I was worried but they took over in no time and get into mastering my filing return and make it to filling accurately and smoothly as possible. Thank you Ronson and team for the great job. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5, is the disconnect in communication at the beginning. Which is resolved later with Marcelle's direct follow up. After that, the interaction went smooth and in time .
