Came here for 1 bottle of body wash at 4:45p on a Thursday. Literally 1 person working 1 register. 2 of 4 self checkouts are red, customers waiting for help. 60 ppl in the 2 lines. Never have seen a target like this. After 10 minutes of nearly no line movement, I left. I understand staffing shortage exists. Maybe it's time to drastically increase the self checkouts from 4 to 16? That would be a massive solution in a ridiculous scenario as this one.

Picking up is such a laughable experience here. Just a single queue for both pickup and returns one person helping out. Took 30 mins. Abandoned the queue and got the product myself within 10 mins. If you value your time, stay away from ordering a pickup here

This is one of my least favorite target location in the south bay. The store is located on the second story of the building. One has to either take the lift, escalator or take the stairs, which makes harder for the elderly population. This store is not very big and seems a little Messy. Due to the location of this store, parking is terrible. I've been to this store a few times. Each time I had to circle around a few times to find parking. Parking structure is small and very dark, which made it very difficult to see even during day time. There better target stores out there.

This Target looks like any other Target store you've ever been to. Target is a great place to get household and personal care staples, pick up some affordable clothing (especially for the little ones who grow out of them before the clothes can wear out), do your toy shopping, and get some groceries. There is a convenient pharmacy near the front. And you can grab a snack or drink at the renovated Starbucks. This Target location was closed in late 2021 / early 2022. One thing I noticed after the 2022 reopening is that they pulled up all the carpeting. I understand this makes it so much easier for them to move displays/racks around and clean up the floor ... but it really gives the store an unfinished look because you can see where the carpet used to be. I am so happy this location re-opened. It was a real pain to find time to stop by other Target locations during the months this one was closed. This Target is located on the upper level. You walk in and have the choice of taking the elevator, the escalator, or walking up the stairs. I usually choose the stairs because there are few places in Sunnyvale that offers this opportunity. It's good exercise. One of the perks of this location is the covered parking. This is much appreciated during hot summer days and also during the few days when we are blessed with rain. The covered parking adjacent to the building is best for people with little ones in tow, since they will be completely covered between car and store entrance. There is a parking garage across the street with a bridge to access the main shopping floor, but this bridge is exposed to the elements. I highly recommend against taking the escalator going down when leaving the store. There was one visit, many years ago, when I heard a loud noise while I was checking out. When I turned to leave, I discovered what caused the noise. A woman had pushed her cart down the "people" escalator instead of pushing the cart into the "cart" escalator. So of course her cart full of all the stuff she bought went tumbling and crashing down at the bottom. The only good thing about this incident is that nobody else was standing further down the escalator ; if there had been other people on the escalator, they surely would have been injured by the full cart crashing into them. I choose to take the regular stairs down ever since this incident. Because I think people are more likely to notice regular stairs and realize they should not push their cart down the stairs. I can imagine this incident reoccurring in the future when other people get confused by the "people" escalator and the "cart" escalator.

Usually easy to find parking here. The order pick up is convenient, but don't order refrigerated items unless you want to wait 20 minutes for them to meander across the store to bring it to you. Why do they keep it so far!? Annoying. Bad planning.

This review is for Drive Up facility. Do not use the Drive up feature at target. They make you wait for 30 mins in your car, ultimately realizing that you could've just gone up and got it yourself and still save a lot of time. They are extremely short staffed and cannot manage their operations.

I was overcharge for picking up an online item. When I called the overcharge out to the SV Service desk, I was ask to submit my home printed copy of the sale. I told them that Target should have this information and why should have to produce any documentation like this. I got my point across and they finally got the message and refunded the overcharge out of their cash register. I wonder how many people double chect the state tax and the cost of their buys? This is not the first time this company has tried to rob me. I returned an faulty appliance Item which was less than a year old (bought 6 months ago approx) only to find that I had to obtain my refund through the orig. mfgr. Cost me to send parts of the appliance back to them in oder to get my purchase price back. Be very careful buying anything from this company. The only thing good about thier products are their pricing.

We used to shop here when it first opened which feels like a lifetime ago. It is still nice but damn the area is finally popping off. They closed for what I assume was renovations and I have not been back since as I left CA before the reopened...

Guest services were not helpful! I kept calling about my order not being delivered. I will not be back to this target location.

There is someone parked and walking to this closed Target every minute while I am taking a business call in my car at the parking lot. Is there a better way to let the public know this store will be closed from when to when?

I love this Target. Considerably presentable than the Mountain View branch. However, this Target is CLOSED! Sad.

Decent Target in the heart of the Sunnyvale shopping center that's hip and new. It's a pretty typical Target, so that great. You just to take an escalator to get there. If you want a new Target that looks like all the rest, then this one is for you.

2 stars for the Drive Up service here. All the Drive Up parking is in full sunlight (beside a fully shaded parking garage, taunting). It's 82 degrees out and I've been waiting in my car getting sweatier and sweatier for 15 minutes. Target notified me that my order was ready and I used the app to notify it that I was on my way, which was 20 minutes notice--so there was ample time for them to grab the bag with my already ready order. Someone else was already here waiting in the Drive Up parking. Who knows how long she was here before me? For comparison, I just came from the Redwood City Target and it took about 2 minutes for my Drive Up order there, with less notice since I live closer to that one.
