This target used to be my favorite target ever but not anymore. Cashiers are slow, customer services are bad. Cashier scanned the item twice and when we went to customer service counter, they refund less than what we paid for. Arguing with Alex, the person who was in charged of the refund is ridiculous. He was pretty much telling us the promotions that 100 dollars gets 30 dollars off is like customer paid for the money first and then target gives you 30 dollar store credits. That’s called “refund” not “promotion”! This target needs lots of employee trainings, or it will be closing soon with these terrible services! Good luck.

Be careful! They are selling counterfeit AirPods, my buddy was having mic issues within 1 month of the purchase and Apple proved it and refused to exchange it. Apple also gave written email as a proof of replica. Horrible! Target didn’t do any quality checks

I bought AirPods at this target and after trying them out, I noticed that they were faulty. I wanted to exchange them, but the store manager said that he could not accept the return. This was within the return period stated online. The manager also said this is not the first time someone complained about AirPods microphone issues to him at this store. This is unacceptable, as the receipt did not say Apple products had a shorter return period, and especially because it is a known issue.

Big Target, bigger than the one I usually go in Foster City. They have Ulta Beauty right inside Target rather than in a different building. More product variety. The interior and isles are spacious.
This one is located on the second floor, so it creates some shades for the ground floor parking lots. Really appreciate this idea.

Whenever I come to store pickup in Target Sunnyvale location, there is no one at the desk. Usually I knock on the door to see if there is anyone there who could help. I’ve have never had any problem with that, like everyone understands that the store is understaffed.
I did exactly the same thing today — gently knocked on the door, waved and smiled at the person inside. In response, this person (a young guy wearing glasses, probably a team lead) jumped out and gave me the most disrespectful and cringey outburst I’ve ever heard from anyone in a U.S. store.
In angry and intimidating manner, he told me “to stay behind the door” (I didn’t even think about entering this freaking door!) He also barked at the young coworker who just came back from outside (and obviously had crazy workload).
Oh well… Angry young man, your life will be much better if you learn your job responsibilities, like what you are supposed to do as Target employee and who you are supposed to work for. Also, I highly recommend you to educate yourself about empathy and try (at least try!) to mimic it with your customers. I know that being a sociopath is not easy, but if you try really hard you can pass as a normal individual. So far, I am not going to this location anymore. There are plenty of stores in our area with much friendlier people. All the best

I’m very disappointed that this location does not sell TLB. My favorite black owned brand of lips sticks. When I asked they said they don’t have it and they used to. As a fan of this brand I have not seen it from the day Target announced that they are selling it. It’s unfortunate that I have to go to the Target in East Palo Alto to purchase my favorite lipsticks because they refuse to sell or promote this brand here at Sunnyvales Target.
There is a court case going on now that attorney Crump is sewing Walmart for not having Master P and Snoop Dogs cereal on the shelf and I am just as disturbed why they do not have my favorite black owned brand (TLB) specifically at this location.
The worst part about this Target is the women’s bathroom. I usually attempt to use the restroom but it’s obvious they don’t care anything about cleanliness and I want to throw up every time I enter the restroom.
