Sweet did a high-quality and efficient job installing new, solid oak floors in all three of our bedrooms. Suren is very knowledgeable, has a good size crew to get the job done in a timely fashion and worked closely with me to address all the details within a reasonable budget. Would definitely use them again.

Sweet Hardwood Floors just completed whole-house install of engineered wood floor in our 3BR Sunnyvale home. They did an absolutely fantastic job. The floor is stunning. Their price was great also - their quote was $5K lower than the other three installers that bid this job. I'm an engineer and so I'm very picky about how any contractor does work on our home. These guys exceeded my expectations. They have a real craftsman ethic in how they install flooring. I strongly recommend Suren, Ara and team for anyone planning wood floor installation.

Suren and Ara were awesome to work with. We decided to do engineered hardwood floor and between their knowledge of the flooring supply ecosystem and relationships with sellers, I have no doubt they saved us thousands of dollars. They were very transparent through the whole process. The floors look amazing and they were able to do the do the full install which involved moving all of our heavy furniture, removing and reinstalling a toilet and sink etc all in a week while we were out of town on vacation. We wanted to do built in floor returns for our HVAC and didn't end up liking the ones we approved when they arrived. They removed those and reinstalled the new ones for free. We couldn't be happier with the service and end result.

Suren and his team did a beautiful job replacing the carpet and old engineered wood floors in our upstairs bedrooms and master bath with new hardwood flooring. We installed 3&1/4 inch planks, which require extra effort compared to the more commonly used 5 inch planks. We are pleased with the workmanship and his team's attention to details, and the cost was very competitive with other bids we had on the job.

We have an older home with the original hardwood floors. They entry way finish had been worn through, and there were damaged and warped boards in the kitchen from a water leak. We hired Sweet Hardwood Floors to replace the warped/damaged boards and refinish the kitchen and entry way floors. We couldn't be happier with the results. Suren and his team came highly recommended and lived up to their reputation. They were fast, did quality work, flexible on scheduling, responsive, and easy to work with. They are able to come in at a less expensive cost than the competitors while delivering on the promises with no hidden cost. We had 1 small nail poking through after the install. We informed Suren and someone came to our home promptly to fix it. Highly recommend.

We worked with sweet hardwood floor for a full house renovation which included extension of bathrooms, complete remodel of 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, floors, paint inside and outside house, full kitchen remodel, moving of doors. We are really happy with the results. They recommended good places to buy or which type of hardware or material will looks good and modern, like the taste and vision we had. The house looks modern and upscale now. The project was completed well before time. It was easy to communicate and keep up with the progress of the project. Suren is a problem solver and has good taste in what will look good and pushes for high standards. We would recommend him and his entire crew for any type of job.

Earlier this summer, we worked with Suren and his fantastic team to replace carpet throughout our first floor with beautiful hardwood floors. He fully remodeled our guest bathroom and did a nice refresh on our third bath upstairs. Suren counseled us on all of the decisions along the way and his team completed all of the work. I don't think we could have possibly had a better experience. He was helpful, considerate of our schedule and needs and did everything we asked with a smile and with a team of workers who were clean and constantly aware of our small (and old) dog. The work is top notch and the experience with the company and all of their workers/contractors was equally fantastic. I would recommend them for any flooring and/or remodel job you may have!
