These are horrible people. We went to go pick up my baby from his grandmother's and they towed both me and my husband's car. We were chasing one car and they hooked the other one. Cost us 500 to drop the cars in the parking lot. When we asked them to tow one of the cars to the designated parking, they said they're just gonna drop it where it is. He brought his son along with him. Great example you're setting for him! Screwing up people for money. That karma is gonna be big. And the guy was too dumb to even enter the card numbers making us wait there in the rain while he fidgeted with his machine. Claiming that it declined and asking for cash. He was probably just gonna keep it. Shady shady shady. Seriously, these are the worst people. No stars.

I speak for myself. I didnt see anything negative when I came to pick up my car. The employees they didn't treat me badly, they just do their job . The frustration of paying a large sum of money for a mistake that we made makes us automatically leave negative comments. If we were responsible it would be different. They just do their job and that's what they live for.

During my experience with this company , not only were they unpleasant but unprofessional. When asking about when I could pick up my belongings- I had false information given to me . Also, after asking to be directed to Management for my concerns for the miscommunication I was given a lot of discomfort in the way I was spoken to . I feel that this company needs to redo training in customer service .

Felt the price was confusing and expensive. They said the rate was like that 10 years ago. Friendly truck driver. Everything is attached. Fixed the issue as soon as possible. And the total was $335 for 4 hours at the tow yard, towing 0.3 miles.Service: Car towing

I was in an accident several days ago. I didn't have a choice at the scene and got assigned Sunnyvale towing. The woman who answered the phone immediately scoffed at me. I said, "Hi, State Farm just called regarding my car and I was calling to follow up to get the car released" (literally was on the line on that call and immediately called). She then said "Ugh, well .... I have talked to a lot of people today." The eye roll was audible. She proceeded to yell at me and deny that my insurance had been calling for days, which they have phone records of. They have held the car for days without contacting me, despite having all of my information from the accident and insurance. It seems they have just been holding the car to run up the fees insurance would have to pay. I told the woman all she had to do was apologize for the mistake, and she continued to yell at me. I will be filing a BBB complaint against them. I have no idea how this place is still in business. If I could give 0 stars, I would.Service: Car towing

They charge $335 if your car got towed. Add $100 if you pick up after hours. Also, they will charge you $100 for every 24 hours the car is there.My problem with them is that they never told me the $100 they charge for every 24 hour. Just fyi.Service: Car towing
