They shouldn't be in business. The experience was very bad for me.Trainers:The owner, Chuck, will be laying down while on his phone the entire class. I have never seen this before and I have attended many classes and personal training sessions as such. This has been every class. He yells things from his seat in the corner, hood over his head and face, gives no correction of forms, no instructions, rarely stands up, and stays face in the phone the whole hour. He treats students as an inconvenience when he is in the class on his phone. The other trainers are similar. More engaged but on their phones.Facility:Absolutely filthy as such. There isn't a cleaner, most the equipment was taken from the facility and we were left with older equipment. The facility is extremes of heat and cold depending on the weather. The place is in a constant state of decline. It is paining to see. Conclusion:The fitness trainers here don't act like training professionals, they are all on their phones, and the facility is very dirty, old, and very cold or hot.

amazing atmosphere for those who need that one on one training, it's the push and motivation needed to reach and crush your goals

I used to love this place and have been using the gym since 2018. A recent incident changed my impression and caused me to lose trust on them completely. It's a shame on how they respond to customers with missing communications. I reached out during the Covid and was told that we have extension until we are clear on the trend. I reach out today (after my vaccine) and was told that my sessions have expired. P.S. I was never told that I could use Zoom to workout until I reach them out today. This is such a shame. They also have FALSE claim that they reached out to me on the availability of using Zoom, which was not true since I never received such communications (neither text or email, and of course they don't have any proof on that either).

James is the best. He tailors each workout to bring out your strengths (and to turn your weaknesses into new strengths). Can’t recommend him enough!

I've been coming to Sunnyvale Fitness for 2 years now and have had huge success in achieving my fitness goals. I attend Chuck's boot camp class in the mornings. His class is held 4 days a week with a rest day on Wednesday's. Every class is a total body workout that includes mix of cardio, weight training and core strengthening exercises. The class sizes for boot camp are small enough that you will have times where there is one on one training. Chuck shows us how to do each exercise with proper technique and form. His classes are challenging but effective in achieving results. I recommend taking this class.

It has been almost 2 years at Sunnyvale Fitness now and this is a place I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. There is a program for any level of fitness. There is a large variety of equipment and the trainers are great! Chuck has helped me a lot to get stronger over the years. There are group classes as well as personal training sessions available. He will work with you to meet your goals.

This is my favorite gym! After a back injury (& let's be honest, a little laziness) I needed to find a way to get back on track. I had worked with a personal trainer at UFC, but the constant turnover and huge, impersonal gym feel was not what I was looking for. A friend recommended Sunnyvale fitness and after meeting with one of the owners for a tour and info I was sold. The gym has everything I need without being overwhelming.

Love this place. My trainer Wes is definitely whipping me into shape while teaching me how to do things right and taking all my injuries into consideration. Small gym makes for a better personalized experience unlike overcrowded gyms. I get the personalized motivation I need to stick to my workouts. Lost 10lbs since starting 2 months ago. Highly recommended

I have been working out here since 8 months. This place is amazing, unlike other gym chains this gym is more personalized. All instructors and people who work out are passionate. My trainer: Saul a.k.a SpideyFit is awesome! He approaches training in a engineering manner i.e. he breaks down each exercise into small-building blocks, helps me get better at these small-steps and ties back everything together. He did the same with my push-ups, pull-ups and box-jumps. He focuses more quality than quantity. He dynamically adapts the training based on the feedback either directly from me or indirectly by watching how my body reacts to any exercise :) Just within few weeks, my flexibity increased and so did endurance thanks to bear walks, A-frames and other animal movements. Saul constantly pushes me out of my comfort zone. I had initially signed up for 10 sessions, then 40 more. Looking forward to learn more skills from him, thanks Saul!
