Sunken Gardens Golf Course is a charming 9-hole course located in the Bay Area, perfect for golfers of all skill levels, especially beginners and youth. The course is well-maintained and features a friendly staff, making it a welcoming environment for all visitors. The layout is easy to walk, and while it is recommended to bring a few clubs, only two par 4s require a driver. The scenic charm and ample shade provide a pleasant golfing experience, particularly during hot summer days. The course has a relaxed pace of play, and many visitors appreciate the convenience of booking tee times. After a round, guests can enjoy a delicious barbecue lunch at the nearby Old Greenwood restaurant, which also offers a selection of drinks. The driving range is another highlight, featuring affordable pricing for practice sessions. Although the course is kid-friendly and supports youth programs, players should be mindful of their surroundings, as stray balls may occasionally come from adjacent holes. Overall, Sunken Gardens Golf Course is highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, quick game in a beautiful setting.
I only used their driving range which is iron only.

We visited from Texas and this is a nice little Gem of a 9 hole. Very easy to walk with your full golf bag though you don't need all your clubs. Definitely don't recommend bring your driver only 2 par 4s.
