I like this laundry mat.
However, my last (intended) visit, there was a "gang" of skateboarders & friends blocking the entrance to the laundry may, and some of the parking spaces. They are taking up the sidewalk in front of the door & parking spaces to either side of it, & several were skating in the parking lot "driving lanes". They even had chairs in front and music playing.
Extremely intimidating. I didn't feel safe or comfortable parking right there, let alone how I was going to get in with enough laundry to fill up my entire back seat. So I Drove around then left.
It's unacceptable & get bad for business. The least they could do is find an unused corner of the parking lot to hang out at. No idea if they were even doing laundry. Doesn't matter.
Too bad there wasn't a manager around to tell them they needed to keep the area clear. (Or if there was, too bad they didn't address the issue.)
They set up shop like it was they're space to defend. Or line it was a day at the lake, and that's their spot.
Like do I trust my car & stuff is safe while I'm inside? But mostly..Do I have to proactively Request that they move out of the way so I can go inside. I'm really not up for dealing with such inconsiderate, rude, selfish people like that. Not worth the effort.
I was miffed, because I don't have many opportunities to make it over to do the laundry. Last thing I wanted is a hassle to park, hassle to get a "gang" of people to make some space so I can get inside, especially with ton of bulky laundry. Or to listen to their booming music.
They didn't care about anyone else. One skateboarder even plopped his board down & skated right in front of my car as I was driving toward the 24 hour fitness entrance to circle around and get out of there! My job to stop for his whim. He could have gone earlier, or waited and gone after, or just decided to skate in another direction. Nope. That's the attitude they have. Not going to deal with that at the laundry mat. Inside or outside.

Poor experience here, place is more expensive ~33% than nearby laundromats and has no sink or bathroom to wash hands. If you wash later at night, place feels eerie, nothing open nearby besides gas station nor are there many people here as there aren't many machines.

Credit cards have been around a while now... so why coins are still necessary is beyond me. But, if you're gonna be too cheap to install card readers and depend on coins, the coin dispenser and ATM better work. Or that would mean that customers need to come prepared with their own coins. And count them out ahead of time. Surprise! They don't. Most wash loads here cost between $5-$8, so if you need to wash and dry one load, you're looking at almost $10. so, like 40 quarters. So I supposed this place is great if you like stopping at a bank first, counting out actual piles of coins and carrying that weight with you. Personally, I don't think that makes sense now that inflation has made quarters so worthless. It's not a practical way to pay for laundry. To the management's credit, this place would be fine if it was actually possible to spend my money washing here. It's clean. The machines worked well every time I've been able to get coins. There's plenty of dryers and multiple sizes of washers so you can use what's appropriate for your load. But they just don't want your business if they need to put any effort into making transactions possible. The ATM was down. Coin machines have problems. And there's no attendant to help when things are broken.

===== Clean, friendly, snacks, wifi: what more do I need from my laundromat? =====Positive experience warrants a positive review! Caveat: I came at 10:30 am on a weekday morning so one's experience is different when it's more crowded? Also, I only used the dryers (dryer broken at home and waiting for repair -- that's a different Yelp review!).+++ Dryers work well. That's why I'm here after all, right? Clothes got perfectly dried. Put quarters in for 40 minutes and everything dried. These were cotton sweatshirts too so dryers definitely work. It was $0.25 for each 5 minutes so $2. I don't go to a lot of laundromats but that seems fair.+ Clean facility. Floors clean, machines clean and not musty. No weird smells inside.+ I didn't use change machine but three other customers did and it seemed to work like a charm. No negative attendant experiences that others reported.+++ Wifi! I didn't see the password posted but took a chance and called the service number. Super nice person answered who gave me the password. To save you time (and further calls to the attendant), the password is the address of the place, all lower case. I figure if you're going to go as far as looking up the Yelp review to use their wifi, then you earned it with your industriousness. (No one's going to steal wifi through this Yelp review.)Wifi decent enough for getting your work done - typing this review with it!+ Clear instructions posted all around.* TV's not on but I don't mind that.+ At least 4-5 carts with wheels that I can see for wheeling your stuff in, between washer and dryer, and back out.+ Little vending machine games if you're into that (claw machine!). + Snack machine with an array of sweet and savory snacks plus drinks.+ The blue chairs that are in every laundromat! :-D+++ Power outlet in the front waiting area. Two sockets.+ Vending machine with an array of products.Update: An attendant showed up and she was talking with regulars. Always love when small business owners talk with regulars.

This location is always clean, the machines are quick, and it's not overly expensive. I like to go here because I can get in and out quickly and there is always availability on the machines. A hidden gem. Very convenient!

Clean and convenient. I wish there were more of the largest washing machines.

This laundromat is more expensive on average than the others in the area without any real additional benefit, but there are a couple of interesting things that set it apart. First, they have a happy hour that will allow you to "save" 1$/wash (I don't recall the times; sorry, it didn't impress me enough to document), and the next is, every 25th use of a washing machine is 50% off. If you hit this condition, it can be very surprising if you're not ready for it. When you get in a groove loading the machines with piles and piles of quarters per load, the act of suddenly requiring 1/2 of the number of quarters can warp your brain. This can possibly cause thoughts that the machine is broken or that you just got away with something, but in reality, they're just programmed that way. Congratulations!

The person who works there took out my laundry out of the machine when I was late for 5 minutes and he claimed that I was 30 minutes late which is completely false, never coming back here .
