Been going here for 2 years and Jan was great. However it seems like the recent success has gotten to her head.
You book a time through the app which isn't an appointment. Moves quicker than you may think and you suddenly loose your spot and have to come back at the end of the day.
Today I decided to get to the store as soon as I booked the time. Waited for 2 hours only for Jan to show her moody side and refuse to cut my hair. Said she doesn't mind losing customers.
Recommend finding people who are more reliable
Stylist: Jan. Too heavy headed and moody. Can never expect how she will react.

I have been to a couple sports clips, this was the first in California. I had an excellent experience, my haircut turned out great. Jan K helped me and she was very professional and did an amazing job. I would recommend this place. Men’s haircut about $40

I recently visited Sport Clips for first time and had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Quyen. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Quyen’s expertise in doing fade cuts is unparalleled—she executed the style with precision and skill.

Jan, is my favorite hairstylist and this makes sport clips my go to place for a haircut. The ambience is cool, clean and relaxed. Jan, is the best ! The app makes appointments convenient.
Stylist: Jan is my stylist. I have thin curly hair which are hard to manage. She always styles them the best, the end result is a clean cut with good volume.

Been going here for sometime and have been happy with the haircut, seems to be a constant change in staff. Lady today was nice but could not understand how I wanted my haircut, even reading the receipt from previous visits. My hair cut is not as short as I normally get it. I kinda just gave up asking her to cut more, I did however leave a tip. I just will have to find somewhere else moving forward, I won't take the chance going back here.

I walked out after waiting 1.5 hours after being promised a half hour wait.When I checked in, the system said there would be a half hour wait. Half an hour later, I got a text message saying that I was "on deck" and they would take me within 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, I was still waiting and decided to just leave.The cherry on top was that someone walked in after I did, was after me in the system, and the stylist still took him first for some reason. Maybe a friend or something?I would strongly recommend that people go someplace else that has a real appointment system.Will not go back.

33$ regular cut and very average!Sport Clips Haircuts in Sunnyvale's Cherry Orchard Shopping Center might be tempting for a quick chop, but my experience was simply bad. Sure, they take walk-ins, which is convenient, but the wait times can be brutal. And while the sports on TV create a lively atmosphere, it doesn't make up for the somewhat rushed haircuts. For a basic trim, it might be okay, but if you're looking for a stylist who takes their time and personalizes your cut, you might want to look elsewhere.

They open at 10:00. I was the first to stand in front of the closed door at 9:45. They opened the door at 10:07. I was the first to check in in store but only on spot 4 on the waiting list since others checked in online before me. At 10:15 the estimate was that I need to wait another hour to get started. That’s a total wait of 1.5h for someone who showed up as the first onsite. I had to leave without a haircut since I don’t have that much time. I should have checked in online.
