Just placed an online order, immediately called to ask when it might be ready, and they said they'd mix it immediately for me. Got there within 10 minutes and the paint was waiting for me.The staff were superrrr friendly; this is my first experience at a SW (usually buy paint at Home Depot) - definitely coming back here for all my paint needs going forward!The paint quality speaks for itself by the way, I looked at a lot of comparisons and reviews and the SW Emerald line is top notch.

Thank you Ruben for being so welcoming and helpful, and thank you Nick for recommending the best paint for our kitchen and bathroom remodel! I brought in a piece of our new kitchen cabinets and a piece of our bathroom wall tile.I never knew it was possible to match the color to a sample and get paint in that exact color!Nick matched the paint colors to the tile and cabinet with a cute spectrometer. I'm really excited to see the paints blend seamlessly into the cabinet and wall tile because I love the minimal look.There was also a 30% off sale, so I recommend coming during holiday sales. :) I haven't used the paint yet, this is a review of a great customer experience in this particular store. Nick even helped me load the heavy paint cans into my car trunk. Thank you so much, you're the best!

Amazing service....I went here with my toddler to get a color mixed few months ago. A shade of white... the person mixing the color was awesome. Super patient with my kid jumping around in the store & the efficiency with which he tried to identify the same white shade. He literally was trying to get the shade as close as the shade of the sample piece I had..: for my eyes it was a white... but he could see the difference & he himself went back to mix the color 3-4 times. Hats off the dedication & perfection.

Trying to find a color match in our new house. Went in 11am on saturday, the place was empty and the staff (Nicholas) helped me right away, first-class service, 10/10. I got a custom color, Emerald quart-size for~$25ish. The color matches up perfectly and it is saved into my profile for future orders.I'm a frequent buyer at home depot and usually buy Behr paints since its cheaper, but i really hate queing for a paint there. I'm gonna buy SW paints more because SW runs 20-40% off promotions quite often, a lot of paint supplies (tapes, brush) are on sale and cheaper than Home Depot, and all the staff at Sunnyvale branch are so nice and super super helpful. They never upsell or pressure me anything and always offer me goodiesI definitely recommend this place to everyone. Please keep up your amazing work, thank you thank you!! ❤️

I have a good quality outdoor patio set that was faded from many years in the sun. I decided to refinish the table top, but didn't know how to proceed. So I brought a piece of the worn table top and a chair that was not sun damaged to Sherwin Williams to see what could be done. Nick P was immediately super helpful, advising me on options for how I could re-stain the table top and make it look like new. He took the samples and invested a great deal of time producing a color match to the original stain. I was amazed at how much effort he put into this effort -- he adjusted the color at least 20 times to get to a perfect match. I then bought the custom-matched stain, sanded down the table top, stained it, and applied a protective UV coating. The table looks great!!! I'm super grateful to Nick for the effort he put into creating this amazing color match for me and and the advice he gave me on how to do the job correctly. He provided all this help despite the fact that I spent less than $100 total on items I purchased in the store. That shows how much pride Nick has in ensuring a good customer experience. I'll definitely be coming back for my future painting and staining projects.

I had my fiancé pick up Alabaster white for our home at this location. We were ready to throw in the towel and already were hesitant because of so many failed paint matches. However, one of the workers--Nick was knowledgeable enough about the paint that we were confident to purchase on the spot. He went above and beyond providing the many details about what to do when matching paint. We were in and out within 15 minutes. We ended up matching our wall perfectly with the paint we purchased--couldn't have done it without Nick!

Shout out to Nicholas at this location who is just incredibly chipper and professional. He does his job well and is super helpful. Needed a paint match and he provided excellent service. If Nicholas's manager is reading this: please give him a raise. He deserves it.

Amazing staff, we had tonnes of questions and Nick answered all of them very patiently. Very honest & will not try to upsell any series, just plain honest simple. Highly recommend since they give good consulting too.

Nick was super patient and helpful. The paint I wanted wasn't available at this store, but Nick took the time over the phone to make sure all my questions are answered, and helped me look up another SW store that has the paint. Thank you Nick!

Everybody here is great except for the person Simone who seems to pass of as the manager. I went in around 7.00am on a cold morning and the person seemed half asleep. Also not knowledgeable about paints at all, seems to think it is just scanning and taking payment like at a grocery store. For whatever reason SW doesen't have shopping carts and she bought the paint to the counter but didn't even bother to help me take the paint to my car like all SW stores do. When I asked for help she said 'I am in the middle of something' and didn't help me at all.
