I picked up a few snacks at the store and figured I’d ask for a few quarters cuz I needed them for laundry. The cashier told me he had none, while I literally looked at the cashier machine full of it when he gave me a bunch of dimes instead. I don’t normally post these things but honestly this was disrespectful beyond reason. Utterly rude customer service.

I wish 0 stars was an option. Went in to buy a bag of chips and a Gatorade, I paid and then walked out back to my car. The cashier lady then walked to my car and Harassed me accusing me of stealing a bag of chips additional to the one I paid for. She refused to acknowledge the cameras would prove I didn’t and continued to racially and unjustifiably harass and accuse me for a bag of chips I didn’t even touch. If any one knows the owners number please let me know

I was told my card didn't go through (2 different cards), to then find out my cards did go though (payments approved) but it's the pump station that apparently doesn't work or something. I had to call my bank and they are disputing the charges.The merchant did not want to give me their name (happened on 6/8/2022 3:22 PM).The merchant did not let me talk to a manager and did not want to give me any written proof that i wouldn't be charged three times (which was exactly what ended up happening). I'm wasting my personal time now to resolve these disputes with my bank.I'll never go to a Shell again if I can avoid it.

DO NOT USE THIS GAS STATION. The staff hacked the machine so that your card will be jammed, and they stole your card! Lock your card if you ever fill gas here.

Whatever you do, DON'T DRINK THE POTTED COFFEE! Saw the cashier inside with her lips to the pot chugging it down, she looked at me, smiled and continued. *BARF* we're in a pandemic ya nasty.

Stopped by today I went inside because I want to pay cash and buy some drinks..the door was closed no ventilation so I opened the door after I am done gassing up he went outside the an looked at me very mad because I didn't close the door back..start arguing he was being disrespectful..no mask when he was talking..

Yesterday I stopped to purchase gas and while waiting I noticed the attendant smoking on the premises. He saw me staring and he waived. I asked him if this is safe and he threw the cigarette and ran inside. A bit scary.

I drive for Lyft and I'm always looking for affordable gas. This place is one of the lowest prices for Shell.

Beware! We recently visited twice, using two different credit cards, and both were suffering from fraud in the same week. We didn't use these two cards in other places... very suspicious.
