Excellent professional service from Dr. Natt and his staff. They were able to see her right away. Bailey went in because she ate my other dogs medication thinking they were treats. He pumped her stomach, gave her charcoal and ran test to make sure she was OK. The medication she ate had no effect on her and she is fine. He did a great job and the staff thoroughly explained everything that was done. Great job Dr. Natt!! thank you.

The Serra staff is amazing!! They do a wonderful job making my dog feel comfortable and excited about going to the vet, which then makes it easier and a more pleasant trip for me too. The level of care is like no other that I've experienced anywhere else - You and your pet are in great hands here!!

Love this team of pet-pros :) They are always so friendly and accommodating. They have been taking care of Brisket for these past 7 years and I really feel like we are treated like family :)

They don’t care animals at all but only $$.
I took my dog to Serra for a knee exam. Dr. Natt detected a heart murmur and recommended expensive but useless tests ($1000+ for X-rays and blood work) instead of the ultrasound (which I later got at a cardiologist for $700). I guess they didn’t have the necessary ultrasound equipment but still wanted to make money from me, so they didn’t refer us elsewhere or fully explain our options.
A second opinion from a board-certified surgeon and cardiologist implied these tests I got at Serra were inadequate and unnecessary. Oh Dr Natt even misidentified which knee was affected in the medical record : )
I’m glad that I didn’t proceed with surgery here. I would recommend go elsewhere for more professional, transparent and ethical veterinary practices.

On Sunday I found that my dog got an anal gland abscess and needed to see a vet. It was not easy to find a vet for Monday visit. I left my appointment request on the website, and I got a call in the next morning and was able to schedule a visit in the afternoon. Then, my dog got the surgery right away. Very friendly and professional. ?
