I've used their email on the website, the contact form submission, and left a voicemail within the last week. No response. Clearly left a vm with phone number. The forms obviously gave emails. If this can be expected as a prospective tenant, I should look elsewhere. What's the point of customer service?

Every staff (office, custodial etc.) member are amazing at their work. My husband and I have been living here for 4 months and we are very satisfied with our savoy living experience.
