The receptionist was super rude. She didn't have any patience to listen to my inquiry or understand my question. The message I got was to go to check on USCIS website by myself. Will find another place for checkup.

I was here to get a medical exam for immigration. This place has the easiest appointment among 3-4 other places in the area. I don't even have to call, can just email/text to inquire. The price is upfront and lowest in the area. Took 1 week to get the report. I now received a green card. Thank you Dr.Lin!

Best option for immigration medical test. Firstly, they have the best pricing out there. The staff were very clear and concise and told me exactly what I needed in advance to make my appointment quick. The appointment was extremely efficient so I was in and out of the facility in 15 minutes (including wait time) They got me my results back in 5 days. Pick up of results was easy. Can't imagine how the experience could be any better. So glad I used this facility.

Scheduled to visit at 3PM. Didn’t get to see the doctor till 4PM. When I arrived at 3, I had 5 people in front of me… and it took the doctor 1 hour to take care of their visit.Awful experience.

The cheapest option to get my immigration medical exam done. Their website was updated with the latest immigration requirements based on your age which was very helpful. Courteous staff. Offering chocolates at the time of leaving was a very noce touch. There was 15-20 mins wait beyond the appointment time but not a deal breaker. Super fast turn around. Would recommend all my friends who might need an immigration medical exam done.

Dr. Lin and his staff at the front desk were super friendly and efficient. I would give 6 stars if I could!Everything was transparent: the process, the cost, and the expected results. Dr. Lin even went out of his way to help filled out a form for my kiddo's daycare. Did I mention this is the most affordable options in the Bay Area? I called 10 places and this is the one!The ladies at the front desk were patient and kind. I highly recommend this place if you need to have your i-693 forms filled out.

I made the appoint through the call with them and they confirmed my appointment. But when I got there, they told me they don’t have my appointment. They are very unprofessional, I don’t recommend anyone to come here

Try to make an appointment by phone and the call kept dropping, passed by to see if they could accept walking or to make an appointment and receptionist was super rude .

I love Dr. Lin and everything was fast. The front desk is nice too and I was scared at first because of the reviews but they’re pretty nice overall.

The staff is awesome and the doctor is very friendly. I got my physical and even got my blood work done right then and there without having to go elsewhere. I recommend going there.

Excellent facilities. Efficient service.No undue waits on phone or at clinic. No hassles. Knowledgeable folks. Before booking, they patiently provided all information over phone even the questions i missed out.Booking appointment over phone was quick & easy. My wife & self both senior citizens, went for medical examination as per USCIS I-693 requirements. Front office staff and the doctor are friendly & proficient. Each patient completes paper work & examination in under 30 minutes. Their charges are reasonable.Car parking was easily available on both visits. Picked-up the reports after five days as promised.

So rude! The lady on the phone today was so rude to hang up the phone while talking to me at 4:15pm and she never call back. There are many other doctor offices surrounding here, not only you, ok?
