We had used Sanjay’s tax services for almost 3 year now. Sanjay is a highly knowledgeable CPA, a thorough professional and responds promptly to all the tax queries. For one of the years (I suspected that I overpaid for a tax return that was filed with a different CPA) where I had to file an amendment, he was on a call with me walking through the tax return and was able to locate the root cause within a few minutes. He then helped me with the amendment return and I was able to get a significant refund amount. Sanjay and his team are experts on all the tax rules and do a fabulous job every single time. With some of my other earlier CPAs, I had to do some hand holding and the draft tax return had to be corrected a few times before making it final; sometimes even missing some deductions and tax categories. Sanjay has a template he uses where all data for all the tax categories is collected upfront and does a fantastic job! I highly recommend Sanjay for anyone that needs a reliable CPA. With Sanjay, I feel you are in good hands.

I cant talk about where he got the positive reviews from but certainly, Sanjay is a worst CPA i have ever worked with. Very rude and arrogant staff with very limited knowledge. Only person that knows is Sanjay and he behaves as if he is nobel prize winner and talks lowly about you when you ask him for any questions. He charges you hefty amount , probably 5-8 times more then what you would pay any other CPA.

I came to know about Sanjay Taxpro via my colleague, and he gave me a great feedback about their service. I had a phone appointment, and Sanjay’s team answered all my questions and provided details of the documents which I need to submit. Sanjay's team was awesome , and given me all details and documents which are required.

Sanjay tax pro have been filing my tax returns from many years and they are the most organized and process oriented firm and team. Unlike other tax professionals who will file for you but when there is an issue there is no record of the what calculations went it to the filing , Sanjay tax pro on the other hand document every detail and explain why they are choosing one option over other (for instance why this time they are choosing standard vs itemized or the other way) .

Definitely avoid at all costs. I had an extremely stressful and disappointing experience with this firm.
Extremely rude staff, completely unresponsive after receiving the amount, can't fix a single issue. Kept changing story to get more money from me, eventually I ended up hiring another CPA. They didn't refund anything for preparing incorrect tax returns which was useless to me.
Incompetent, can't communicate well in English, can't fix simple issues, rude, argumentative, unresponsive.

Very depressing experience. We did filing in 2022, they conveniently did not remind about required details from overseas income until I took initiative to ask. Delayed filing to the last minute and we didn't get the child tax credit amount until now! I had to write to IRS to claim the credit amount and still in progress. 2023 filing - efiling failed and this team does not even have expertise to figure out and correct it, instead asked me to do manual file! My Indian friends, please do not jump to this guy for filing and ITIN unless you have time to do most of the part yourself! Do not recommend at all. This firm does not have enough experienced staff and very difficult to get any response from them.

Thanks to the recent reviews here, I saved money, time, headaches and energy. I am aware poor reviews hurt the business. I am a customer letting others customers know how it was like for me, so they make smarter choices about their money and time and are aware of risks. My expectation is that if I pay a CPA, they save me money, time and headaches. They must make no mistakes. My expectation is for CPA to do such a great job, they are confident explaining their customers how they save them money, time and be transparent with numbers. And to call back the customers rather than sending emails sometimes. I am grateful the communication did occur on a daily basis. Their system consisted of sheets with technical language. Turbo Tax does a better job putting tax in common terms. Filling through their system was more complicated and annoying than filling in Turbo Tax. I sent the requested papers and I got asked multiple times to resend some of them. This gave me the feeling the CPA didn't review everything I sent them carefully first time. I wanted more phone calls from them and more leadership especially with deadline so close. Fees were asked upfront before work and before seeing any numbers. I get it they wanna get paid for their work, but I paid for value I do not see. Of course no refunds. I paid 200$ for no value for me and for their work which I saw none of it. Why pay for something you don't find valuable? It's like paying money for a box, without knowing what is in the box after you worked quite hard to make part of the box yourself. Of course I am aware I could be Penny wise pound foolish, but, when you get value, you feel that value in the process as well. If the process if bad, why would the result be valuable? I hope in future they call their customers and explain tax situation better and give the numbers ahead of paying all fees. And I hope they will become better than Turbo Tax and show their value upfront and during the process. I had a much better experience with Turbo Tax for many years now, regardless of how my fluctuating financial situation. Turbo Tax is better, cleaner, faster, more convenient, cheaper, clearer.

AVOID ... AVOID ... AVOID ... They don't spend even quality of time for the money you pay to them . Rude Staff. At the max they will spend 2 to 3Min. Yes, you read it correctly. After that none of your calls will be answered. You need to wait long time for their answers. Damn.... TurboTax is better than them . Avoid at any cost.. Very expensive. No one picks up the call when you are in need. Literally you have beg for their suggestions ... Don't go there. You can do it yourself. It is very very easy on TURBO TAX.

Sanjay Taxpro is a professional organization with a lot of tax expertise. Sanjay is a CPA with many years experience. I had my taxes done with him over 6 years. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Answers all questions in detail and on time. Makes sure all documents are submitted before preparing tax returns. Most importantly he is there to support you and answer questions if you get an inquiry regarding your tax returns. I recommend him for simple or more complex tax return needs.

This is my second year filing with Sanjay. The experience has been easy and stress free. The team is very responsive which reduces the anxiety during the busy tax season.
The documents upload portal was easy and the with app now- it was even easier.
