Highly recommend S&S. I've had multiple punctures across a few different vehicles over the years, and each time they're super quick with the repair. Costs are also extremely reasonable.

Does not care for time. My appointment was at 3:30 they called me last minute to come at 2. I went only for them to tell me that the car wont be ready before 4pm!!!! ~2hrs to change a couple of tires? I think they dont like it if you place an order online which is what i had done since i had a promo code for good year tires!
I went to Ace tires instead on el camino and they replaced Run flat tires for me within 30mins
It even says online to reserve 30mins for them to install tires. ?

Customer service goes above and beyond here. A 5 star hotel doesn’t have as friendly or helpful a staff as found here at S&S. You couldn’t pay me to take my car somewhere else for tires.

Good and straight forward service at a reasonable price. Was coming to replace the serpentine belt and the guys at the garage did a great job. I have an older car, so as a bonus, when I was picking it up I was given an overall evaluation and some tips of potential future issues.

Very Courteous and consistent, share all the repair options including the ones that might save money. All in all, a good place to get your car serviced, especially if it's a slightly older luxury car (dealers charge a lot for those)

My family has gone here for over 15 years. They are nothing but wonderful! We use them for all our repairs as well as regular maintenance, oil changes and of course, tires. They are a family run business that values every single customer, treating them with honesty and respect. I wait while my repairs are being done usually and am always impressed with the way they treat every single customer. Highly recommend!

I went for regular maintenance and tire rotation. The person at the front desk forgot to ask for wheel lock for tire rotation. So he ended not rotating the wheels for my car.Now they want me to reserve another appointment just for wheel rotation, which is available for next week.First of all they should ask for wheel locks in the first place if that is requirements for wheel rotation. Secondly, I am their regular customer and I still go to them even after I moved away from them. They should have considered wheel rotation as part of the first appointment and accommodated it without requiring another appointment.I am not going back to them. They lost a loyal customer
