Beware if you buy a Lennar smart home with a Ruckus wireless mesh (it works incredible until it doesn't and comes in most smart homes) Ruckus will not support you. You can not call anyone or get technical support. They only send you to a forum and tell you to search it for troubleshooting. Hardly anyone responds to questions and they make it impossible to get any replacement parts even though Lennar says they are under warranty. Just be warned.

53ft trailer. There are two truck entrances, I used Java street, so the dock was on driver side of my truck. But check parked cars before you enter, because you will stuck if you will use Java entrance and somebody uses corner parking spots. So other way is to use main truck entrance on Boregas Ave, back in insideBecause there's no space to u turn for 53 feet trailer. Parking is very difficult, if you have small experience - just avoid , it's very easy to damage trailer swing doors while backing, pay attention to it.Also, after loading, it's too tight, if you have swing doors on your trailer, double check everything before pulling forward. It may to get damage to your door or even fully remove it.But staff is friendly, they helped me a lot. One guy he pushed my trailer door and helped me to get out from this loading dock.

People are nice , Truck entrance is by Borregas Ave ,but as a truck driver I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY 53’ VAN !!!!!!…they don’t have enough space to use the ducks . This warehouse is ONLY for small bobtails .

Maria ignored my service order and refused to call me back. She showed no urgency to help fix my WiFi and wanted me to wait a week to speak with her.

Makes a decent (not great) product, however the technical and customer support are absolutely terrible. We have 2 Smartzone 100's and 75 access points. There are issues with licenses every time I renew which takes days/weeks and dozens of emails to get resolved. The tech support is only India based, so expect a call at the end of your day, and be ready to repeat yourself a lot. They are always quick to push the issue off or say they don't know. Good luck trying to find a reseller or partner with advanced technical expertise to contract your support to, as I have not been able to find one.Once our products come end of life we will be moving to another provider (which can't come soon enough IMO).

I have to say Ruckus is my favorite wireless solution! I picked them for a Wireless upgrade project and never had been let down. Very robust product with intuitive management software, while providing APIs to integrate with their software.

Sad to report that the customer ech support is horrible. This is my first negative review of any company. Ruckus will be remembered as the worst of the worst. Absolutely the worst customer ech support I have ever encountered. Might be a great technology, but when a pricey piece of technology has an issue you're left with a paper weight. Ruckus is not a true business partner. That is what we all need- someone to work and grow with. My company will be looking elsewhere. So sad that they cannot pull it together and be the total package.
