Called to ordered sympathy flowers for a coworker. Specified I would need white and yellow chrysanthemums as this is culturally appropriate for the recipient. Ali confirmed the delivery date and confirmed white and yellow chrysanthemums would be delivered. When the flowers were delivered, I was notified by the recipient that she received pink and red flowers (EXTREMELY culturally inappropriate!) I called the flower shop to ask what happened and he said he would call me back. A long time passed so I texted to ask what the status was, but no response. I texted again and received no response. Finally I called and Ali told me I should have specified in writing what I would need. (I spoke with him directly over the phone regarding what I wanted - he took my order himself so I'm not sure why it would be my fault that he did not communicate my order to his staff correctly.) I explained how culturally insulting/inappropriate this was and asked how he can remedy the situation, and he told me he would give me a 25% refund. I explained since it was him and his staff's mistake, I should receive the full refund as 1. it was not my mistake and 2. he insulted someone's culture. He told me he "knew from the moment he answered my call to place the order that this would be a problem." I was extremely kind on the phone when I placed the order so I have no idea why he chose to insult me like that for literally no reason at all. The entire time we were on the phone he was rude, unpleasant and refused to take responsibility for his shop's mistake. After a few minutes of going back and forth he reluctantly agreed to the refund of my choice and abruptly hung up the phone on me. I had to text him a few hours later to receive confirmation of the refund I was promised. Terrible customer service, rude and incompetent staff. Would not recommend.

The cutest local flower shop with elegant designs and gorgeous flower arrangements. The customer service was excellent and I really enjoyed the shops ambience. I simply loved the in shop arrangements present. Will definitely go to rose cart for all my flower needs.

Call ahead. They don’t appear to staff the store during all business hours. As evidenced by my recent in-hours visit and this well worn sign in their window.

I messed up and didn't put enough stars...my experience ordering from Rose Cart was wonderful...
The lady who took my order (I'm from Canada) was so friendly and helpful....the arrangements were delivered very promptly and they are gorgeous...the recipients were very pleased! I hope to be able to do business with Rose Cart in Sunnyvale again...perhaps in person next time I am in San Jose. Thank you...Darby

Do not recommend. Was visiting the area and stopped in to get a small bouquet. Asked our budget and then told us to go to Safeway?! There is a lot of space between hundreds of dollars and supermarket flowers. Rude and unprofessional. I have gotten lovely bouquets from multiple florists in San Francisco and Oakland for $40-80. The flowers we could see were also very old fashioned and tacky, did not seem to be seasonal or sustainable-dodged giving our money to a bad business I guess.

My daughter & her family sent me birthday flowers 7 days ago from Rose Cart Florist and l have never had flowers sent to me this beautiful, so fresh and STILL as fresh today as they were the day l received them! I highly recommend them & l will now be a customer of Rose Cart Florist too!

I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! I ordered a small vase of flowers to be delivered to my sick friend. The flowers were gorgeous. I ordered the small size, but it was huge and so beautiful. It was a stunning vase of flowers and greenery. It was also delivered when promised. I called the owner who was so grateful and appreciative that we liked his work. I too am grateful because my best friend got a beautiful vase of flowers.

Got here at 4:35pm and they were closed. Website and store hours say 5:00pm. Really? Why advertise 5:00pm when you can’t really stay open that long.

I loved it! They had a wide range of flower arrangements for multiple occasions. I recently bought a bouquet based off the owner's recommendation, and it was flawless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants flowers for an important occasion without burning a hole in your pocket.
