Excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. The site is very well kept. The area is quiet except for the nearby freeway. The simple complimentary breakfast is better than most. Finally, there is a very nice duck pond area to enjoy.

Definitely more apartment /condo style than a hotel. If you're staying on the first floor, you can hear every footstep from the second floor. Breakfast was pretty good and diverse. Only positive is the location which makes it walking distance to places such as Palo Alto Networks or

When you first walk in, this hotel has a unique smell. It propagates throughout the whole hotel somehow and into the adjacent buildings and rooms. The towels and other linens vaguely smell as well, but differently, with a subtle hint of cigarette smoke. Trash area was a mess, which is strange because their grounds are well maintained and beautiful with lots of subtropical plants.Front desk was kind and accommodating. Late checkout +1hr was no problem for them.The breakfast was actually pretty good and the coffee was strong and on-point.

I stayed in the Residence Inn in Summer 2023 for 4 nights.The room was clean and equiped OK. I didn't need the small kitchen but for a longer stay this would be a big plus. Especially because there is literraly nothing around if you don't have a (rental) car.

Once we go the room it was great. The experience to check in, not so much... we were staying here for the Taylor Swift concert.... along with at least 50 other parties all there for the same thing. It took us over an hour of standing in line to even make it to the desk to check in, only to be told our room wasn't ready 2 hours after our promised check in time, and an hour after we planned on already being at the show. While I understand that hotels have not been booked solid in a long time, if you know you are going to have that many people checking in at once, plan for it. Hire tepms, contract out cleaning, whatever you need to do so that your guests can actually get in the room they are pay 300% inflated prices for....

There's not much around this hotel other than Faultline Brewing, so if you don't have a car expect to be ordering delivery. Other than that the staff is super friendly and the rooms are well equipped. When I'm in town for longer stays this is typically where I stay.Walkability: The walk score here is pretty low

Stayed here for a week. For the first 3 days they didn't have any TV. Luckily I brought my tablet and could watch the news or other shows from that. However, the internet and cell service in my room was horrible. The front desk gave me the upgraded wifi, but after I had logged into their system the first time, it remembered the settings and I could not figure out how to get connected to the enhanced wifi. The staff was pleasant and the rooms clean, just was disappointed in the entertainment and connectivity amenities.

I don't know how Residence inn could have made this process any worse. They refused to allow early checkin, but once checkin began at 3pm there was a 50+ long line. There was nowhere for people to wait except on the hot asphalt and once people were checked in they were told that the rooms wouldn't be ready for another hour. When the most popular pop star on the planet comes to play at the stadium 1 mile away you would think that hotel management would have exercised forethought about how to avoid a mess. I cannot recommend enough staying somewhere else.

Nice place. Very comfortable beds and pillows and a lot of space. But my hotel didn't have the best AC I wasn't here long enough for me to complain. Also there is no jacuzzi at this hotel only pool.

Good for the price but a real basic motel feel. We booked the room the the Marriott app and let them know we'd be checking in around 1:30am. We got there later than planned, around 2:30am and had to wait around 30+ minutes for a key because of a system update. It would've been really nice if the key had been made prior to our arrival. The person at the front desk seemed more interested in watching their tv program.The toilet didn't flush without taking of the lid. The buttons didn't align. Housekeeping must know this as we had to remove the lid after every use. The room was clean and we did feel safe which are two things I need in a hotel stay. I would visit again if on a budget or needed a last minute place to stay.
