I am not typically the person to leave a negative on a business...but it doesn't feel right knowing that there are more people that will be scammed how I was. So when I worked with Ravi he was very unprofessional and told me false information. He tried to take advantage of me and he tried (intentionally) to charge me for more than the services that I actually got. If I could rate it 0 stars I would because he scams people.

I must say that I have been very impressed with Ravi's professionalism in accounting knowledge, whether it's for personal or business taxes. Ravi's is extremely sharp, insightful and thorough in his accounting, tax, finance and real estate specialty field, there's absolutely no doubt about it why Ravi is an ENROLLED IRS AGENT, that's really add on a lot of value (go check out clark.com). I must add on here that Ravi is an ocean of wealth of knowledge, wisdom and indeed a walking Wikipedia and Google search engine in the Jurassic park of Federal, State level Taxes, Local County tax codes, Financial, Book Keeping, Assets Liability and also the incredible Loan refinance agent (almost an underwriter) Ravi is like a one size that fits all and a single shop for all your finance, business, tax, mortgage needs which he does that job indeed true quality service oriented. Ravi is a changed person in 2019 (or more of late 2018 onwards). Ravi keeps now the line of communication open via phone calls and emails and Raji is now managing or supervising the 100% of office phone lines by offering superb, mind boggling customer care communication skill set with precise answering the questions, managing appointment calendar scheduling, clients file records, data collection, tax file update etc. by providing simple and understandable explanations of what needs to be done. I have been working with Ravi ever since I have opened my business years ago. He was the first person I called to guide me through the process - and was my tax guy ever since. He also helps with me with bookkeeping, and even helped me refinance my house. I get personal service from him - and he always has an answer to every question. The guy is a walking tax book. Business aside - Ravi is a nice guy and I consider him every time I need advice. Thanks !

Worst experience I had recently of my Tax filing with Ravitax.Highly unprofessional service offered . I am following up since months and no update. Everytime they respond saying, yes yes we wil do it and will send you a copy or call you if any questions. But I never received call for any update. Had follow up constantly on email/text but Ravi would not even respond. Most of the times he is either in India or on some trips . What a service, seriously. No doubt, Ravi is very sharp and intelligent but when it comes to reaching out to him, you will be never succesful! Ravi would never ever comes on the phone line to talk with his client even after multiple communications. His office staff at work always have a monotonous canned response, Ravi is busy with the client , we will not even get chance to talk to him today , we will call you tomorrow, or you call us tomorrow and it will be never concluded. It's really frustrating and so annoying to work with his team . That lady is totally annoying. never understands urgency or accepts that they never come back to us with ANY update. Would highly caution you to beware about this unprofessional tax service and seriously NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

Just finished another complicated 2017 tax return preparation for both personal and company with Ravi Tax services to ensure we don't miss the Mar 15 deadline for S-Corporation. Truly, Ravi is sharp, extremely knowledgeable from TAX laws perspective (including the 2018 federal reforms) and is very precise, focused and detailed in his TAX data mining and numbering analysis work. Ravi always does thorough checking at the root level by asking the right question to his clients during f2f interview times. That's the most impressive part of his personality. Yes, Ravi is busy with his client's majority of the time and always hard to get hold of him but to me, I really don't care since I have the peace of mind as long as my tax returns are rationalized and prepared and filed correctly without any subsequent flares or red eye from IRS & CA FTB authorities. Truly, Ravi has the wealth of knowledge beyond TAX area. Ravi has also helped me in my jumbo mortgage refinance (being a loan officer) for my primary home during the most crunch time of economic challenges, especially when lenders have tightened up every single knob and buttons of refinancing at the lower interest rate for ARM loans. We've been the tax client of Ravi for last 5+ years and more is less when it comes to the wealth of wisdom and experience. Yes, there is no doubt, Ravi is one of the smartest and intelligent CPA, Mortgage Refinance person I've ever come across. I strongly recommend Ravi Tax services for all your CPA and financing needs.

Worst experience ever I had with this tax preparation. Will not recommend anybody. This guy even after constant follow up over the phone after providing all the papers crystal clear kept the papers for about 1 1/2 months and finally did not complete the return by last date. He never comes on line to talk with client. His support staff picks up the phone and would respond that he would call. Not sure how much serious he is in his business. Very unprofessional tax services.
