The Radisson Sunnyvale has been a wonderful surprise! The pictures don’t do it justice, as everything is newly renovated and clean.Anna was wonderful at welcoming us and making sure we had the best room and experience during our stay. Will definitely be my new hotel of choice in South Bay!Thanks Anna!

I have stayed there twice for work! The first time the room was clean enough, the floors were a bit sticky and there was hair in the shower but the accommodations were fine. The second stay, there were little blood stains in the bed of the first room. I moved to another room and there were actual tiny blood splatters on the bed frame of that room. They were nice to me about getting a refund but later found out they denied my claims to upper management!

Excellent service, very friendly and personable staff, the entire team ensures you feel at home (Anna, Jacky, Josue, Magaly, Monika Viveca to name some of the wonderful people I interact with)clean and well organized hotel with modern, functional, stylish and clean rooms -Very consistent service stay after stay! Overall, the hotel was great. I stayed for a full month which is a long period. Room service was great at the beginning. During last two weeks, the service somehow degraded as they were not providing coffee pods plus sugar and I'm a coffee addicted. Also, the gym can be further improved specially the dumbles. Regarding washing machine room, I was wondering why it was not accessable 24 hours as this was annoying to me.Rooms: The room I stayed in has a king bed. Room was beg enough. The view from the window was not bad as it was near the highway. Bathtub was not that big but good in size.Safety: The place of the hotel is one of the safest as it was near work offices and not houses.

Food was pricey. A fountain soda was 5 bucks. With no free refills. Small glasses , so you have to have 2 or 3 sodas while eating. At 5 bucks per fill. There is no complimentary coffee. I will not return.

This hotel is located in a nice area in Sunnyvale. Upon check in, I was assisted by Neeruta who was super sweet and gave my superb service . At the breakfast area, I was assisted by Maria who also very helpful in making sure I got everything I needed food wise. I highly recommend this hotel, the service is impeccable and I also encountered the robot that delivers service items to your door . I would return here when I am back in the area for work.

The service was amazing. Especially Neeruta , the front desk who was so willing to help us and made our stay extremely comfortable. The AC kept running in one of the rooms and she allowed us to check out multiple rooms (due to maintenance gone for the day) until we found one that was comfortable for us.Anna was extremely patient and is a very happy worker. You can tell she was ready to help any guests and does it with great energy and a smile.We really appreciated her help and especially her energy as she was serving us. Thank you, Neeruta
