I was hesitant to book an appointment here seeing all of these bad reviews - but visited today for a blood test for my dad and the process was super smooth. We were in and out in 10 mins after having scheduled an appointment online. The staff were great too.

I have a very pleasant experience. Self Check-in was easy. The lady was friendly, double checked my info and the blood drawing went very smoothly! Most importantly it's not painful nor terrifying. So yes, I'll recommend this location!

First time in my life that I didn't even feel the needle go in. Mark is amazing!!
Great service and clean facility, plenty of parking. I know where to take my kids when they need blood tests, Thank you Mark and thank QD!

It’s almost a scam of what I just experienced. I’m a College student here for blood test. I had paid all the services in my College health center and they had sent all my personal information here. But the staff rejected me and ask me to register a new account then do another purchase. What’s worse, I still have to reschedule and wait for another day. I brought all including my receipt and schedule information. What a irrational service wasting time.

No people to talk to. Have a kiosk to make an appointment or standby. In 45 minutes of waiting they got to 1 standby. Not busy- just lazy

This is not the usual Quest Diagnostics lab that I frequent; however, this one was open and available during a time that would work for me. As you will see from previous Yelp Reviews about Quest I have always appreciated the friendly, courteous approach and this Quest lab is no different. I have what nurses have referred to as "rolling veins" where it's hard to draw blood from my arm and therefore have to resort to finding a "workable vein" from my hand. Well, Dipali was patient and before "poking me" for any veins she carefully found one on the arm and used a small needle and the first attempt she found a vein! I must say my blood draw was done in record time. Next time I'm here at this Quest labs I'm going to ask for Dipali.

Avoid avoid avoid!Never received my results. Nothing was uploaded the portal and my healthcare provider who issued the blood test never received communication from quest. Now I have to do my bloodwork again.

Very bad people work here. Rude. I felt bad as she just walked off inside saying she is busy , without even answering my questions completely. Their IVR system is super dumb. I have had similar experiences in all Quest diagnostics places.

Took. Are of my brothers medical needs promptly and effectively .. not too far.. clean, friendly .. our doctor got the results in less than 24 hours.. excellent!!!
