NOT a great experience:First off, the open sign was NOT onThe person there didn’t acknowledge me. It seemed like he was hiding at his desk and if he didn't move or speak I would not notice him and 'd leaveIn spite of what the website said they didn’t offer packaging assistance.Went home packed it up, printed a label and returned.Person seemed to think he was doing me a great favor leaving the parcel there. In fact, I was surprised it actually shipped and didn’t end up in a dumpster.Will try somewhere else next time

You should heed the other reviews talking about the attitude of the store manager. Throughout our entire interaction, he had this abrasive "trust me bro" attitude, and wouldn't allow any questions. Photo was taken quickly and he started getting frustrated when I asked whether we could retake it. Just felt like he wanted me to get out of his face as quickly as possible.Also this was not because the store was busy. It was completely empty. I think the owner just lacks basic care for his customers.On the bright side: photo quality was good. I ended up not using it as a matter of principle and got it done elsewhere.

Highly recommend this place for passport photos! Don't waste your money like i did this past week going to other places like Walgreens! Lighting on my photo is now perfect! Very professionally taken (i could tell from the way he held his camera and handled the lighting really confidently). No wait time. Great service. Exact same reasonable price as every where else.

For me, a terrible service, I waited for 20 minutes for them to print a sheet and the price was ridiculous: 2 dollars and 80 cents in tax and the manager with a haughty attitude

I will never go back! I wanted to send a fax. I had to wait while he took passport pictures. When he was done I asked if it was my turn and he made me wait longer while he rearranged some boxes. He could not find the fax number where I told him to look and when I asked for the paperwork to find the number he raised his voice and called me a racist. His fax machine was so old and antiquated it would not fax. I left and went to the Fed Ex store and was treated wonderfully and my fax went right through. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!

Got the best passport photos for me and my baby here. He was so helpful for getting it just right, it was fast, and the quality was much better than other places like FedEx or Walgreens! Get your kids done here cuz they will do what they can to get it right

their staff is supper supper nice and helpful.i came there 3minutes before they close the shop but the staff is still willing to help me for taking the passport photo and even being late for his own priority after work and i feel really sorry for that.Though for me being late, he is still trying his best to provide the best quality of photo for me. And the Chinese embassy is really picky for the passport photo and the staff is really patient and willing to address any extra concern and help me as much as he can after i received the original photo.Hopefully my passport renewal will be approved and thanks again.

We just got our passport photos here and it was world better than the Walgreens or FedEx ones we have gotten previously! I had to have my baby photos redone because Walgreens did such a bad job (shown on left, PostNet photo on right). Clearly the quality is so much better and he took such care to make sure our photos would meet the guidelines! Def going back when my older child needs a new passport photo and would recommend since the price was also quite good.
