“It's a good place in Sunnyvale to buy pet products and toys. I loved fishes and birds they had in display. Very nice collections for beginners whi take aquarium as their hobby.”

“Good variety of pet foods, treats and supplies. They also have a pet bathing area where you can bathe your dog (complete with shampoo and blow dryer), although it's a little pricey (~$18, although buy 3 & get one free).”

“We frequent this store to use the self serve dog wash. You purchase tokens that you then put in the dog wash to start the water and air. Wish the machines just took credit cards instead of having to remember to bring the token pouch.Treats are pretty expensive here even with the big 3 get one free.They don't carry big brand labels, only grain free, raw and/or alternative diets.”
“Bought both a Baby Brooks Kingsnake and Cinnamon Ball Python here about a year ago, excellent genetics, Better selection of products and prices than other mom and pop shops.Random addition..... not sure why so many people compare mom and pop shops to the big box stores, they are on different levels. Different types of business etc.”
“This is the best place for gourmet cat treats! We got a ton of freeze dried treats for my cats and they loved it (chicken giblets, mussels and rabbit). It was so refreshing to see a pet store with so much to offer for cats since places are mostly catered for dogs. It also happened to be my cats birthday when we stumbled upon the boutique and got to buy him a custom birthday hat!! Definitely will be coming back”

“Friendly employees who seem like they genuinely enjoy what they do and take the time to talk to you. I also appreciate that they are always giving out treats and samples for our kitty. They carry local cat grass, the fancy dry food our Siamese requires, and the wet food that has become the only way he will take the medicine we need to give him. In addition, there are great sales and discounts on a regular basis. Thank you, Pet Food Express!!”
“This location is smaller than the Campbell location, but has the same great customer service and friendly, very helpful staff found at every P.F.E. I've been to. Additionally, we've been taking our dogs to use the self serve dog bath stations here for years. The staff here have always been very helpful whenever we needed assistance with the baths, towels, and when we needed to find certain treats or other dog products.Pet Food Express routinely has the best quality food products for our picky, very well cared for German Shepherd (and previously our collie as well). We always come here for the Rawbble.”
“The store's aesthetic was sooo cute! We purchased a bunch of velvet harnesses/collars/leashes! Kota, in the pictures, is about 70 lbs, and the size XL fit him for the collar! I love how they have matching fits you can purchase for you and your pup, however I wish they had more clothes for bigger dogs. I didn't really see any.”

“I love Waggin Tails! The experience here definitely made my dogs tail wag for his birthday.I called the morning before my puppy's first birthday inquiring on a cake or dog birthday treats, and I came in after work and the delivery of cakes came in- perfect timing.The lady who helped me greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was shopping for my dog's birthday and she remembered me from the phone.She was super friendly and let me browse through all the cakes till i found what I wanted. I then took a browse throughout the store for gifts. The store is small, but organized. Upon checking out, she mentioned that she would put together a birthday bag for my dog, and the gentleman working there put it together. I was stunned with all the goodies they gave me. Toys and treats to add to my puppy's birthday, as well as a coupon for future purchases.My pup will be so happy, and they made me happy that I could give so much for my puppy's first birthday.DEFINITELY recommend coming here. She was knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions.They have a wide variety of pet foods and pet toys, accessories and beds. There is plenty of parking. The store is clean and fun to explore all the goodies.There is also a freezer with fresh pet food.Ask for Lori and I'm sure you'll get awesome service.”
“Trim is the best grooming service in the South Bay! I have been going to them for almost years. They have always handled my dog with care, are very professional, timely, communicative, and they run a very clean shop!They make fantastic edible treats and meals for dogs! We always get the yam cookies and chicken jerky strips and my dog cant get enough of them.I highly recommend trying their services and buying their products for your furry family. ♥️”
“As far as the Petco store goes, I think this one is the best. The service partners at the front desk/cashier are always friendly. I want to give a big shoutout to the grooming service folks though. In particular, Teyerra usually takes care of my dog and she does a very good job and adores my big goofy dog. Highly recommend this store especially their glooming service!!!”

“We have a Golden Retriever and a standard Labradoodle that we bring here for the grooming. We follow our groomer, Vicky, wherever she is. She is the BEST and our dogs LOVE her. Coco has extreme separation anxiety when apart from Bella and he is better there they do their best to accommodate him and relieve his stress. They are so kind and understanding. Not to mention both dogs come home looking fabulous and happy. Highly recommend this location.”

“Not sure why the negative reviews, but I have cats and dogs, so am a regular, and every single one of visit has been positive, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the care of the pets and suggest products that are beneficial for my pets, the store is always clean, the pets areas are always been attended to as well! They now an adoption center within the store at the very back, and it's amazing that people can get to adopt these sweet pets!”

“The new manager at the Menlo Park Unleashed location, Karen, is amazing! Customer service personified! Karen has the self bath area all set up with the necessary equipment and neatly organized. The entire store is clean and well stocked. Can’t find what you want? Speak to Karen or the outstanding staff and they’ll do what they can to get it for you.
