I have been looking for a reliable service shop I can go to regularly and I have found it. I recently got a transmission leak and coolant leak repair done on my Audi and Chad was so helpful in repairing it quickly and providing a fair and reasonable price. He was easy to work with and talk to. I will definitely be coming back for future maintenance and repairs.

I've been going to Chad with my 2014 Audi S4 for about 6 years and have only had exceptional experiences. He's always provided quality maintenance and minor repairs at a fair price which were completed on time. He continues to instill confidence with any service he provides.

Started coming here because my friend had lots of car issues back to back, and she kept saying “oh yeah my mechanic helped me with this and that.” I had been looking for a mechanic who I can trust for so many years, so glad I finally found a good spot! Chad is someone who I can be like “oh yeah I know a guy.” And even when he couldn’t help me (Toyota couldn’t even), he helped me find a guy who could help me!! So genuine, makes everything easy, and also affordable!!

My Q3 got a check engine light right after warranty and when I checked with the diagnostic device that the code was for intake manifold. The dealer cost was high as expected and I was looking into some one reliable, Looking at Yelp I found Chad with stellar reviews (this was 2018 or 19). I reached out to him, and he was patient and polite, gave me the quote which was around half of dealership. Audi recommended to try something else before replacing the manifold (I remember Chad recommending changing the manifold directly). On my insistence we changed the other part and the problem resurfaced in a couple of days, after which we changed the manifold. This was done around 3+ years back and the car is working fine since. At some point in 2020, Audi sent me a letter that they will cover the manifold failure for 10 years and will reimburse me the cost if already repaired. I reached out to Chad asking for detailed receipt as required by Audi, and he was prompt and courteous (even though he was not getting anything out of it). It has been few years now; the car is working fine and Audi did sent me the check for the work done. I am writing this review to add my great experience with Chad. I relied on Yelp reviews for Chad and am glad to say that it worked out nicely for me.

If u are looking for a fancy shop with nice front desk, rest area and bunch of exotic car photos on Yelp to make the shop look high end, u will feel disappointed. But if u are looking for a mechanic you could trust, Chad is the guy for you. I am referred here from a friend in a car meet. My suv is shaking during braking and I brought it to Chad. After I left the shop about one hour, chad texted me that he replicate the issue, found the reason, and give me a quote for the fix. I don't think I can find the shop to beat the price, so i moved forward with Chad. During the fix, Chad keep me in the loop. I had experience before where I have to ask for the update. But Chad is different, he talked to you before you even ask. All in all, Chad is honest, hard working mechanic. I would bring my supercharged mustang and family suv here for all future maintenances and fix(hope it would not happen lol) to Chad. He earned my future businesses.

Chad did a great job replacing my boxster battery and oil change a few years ago. Today, I noticed my battery was dead due to not driving it most of 2020. Called up Chad for advice and he walked me through what to do and even face timed with me to make sure I was doing it right. When my charger didn't work, he offered to let me borrow his. At the end of a long day got the boxster running great again, but what a hassle and could have been much much worse without Chad's help. Chad's the most trustworthy, helpful, honest and skilled mechanic I've ever known.

It's nice to be able to check that "my mechanic" box knowing you have a trustworthy mechanic you can call or bring your car to and not have that sinking feeling that you may be told to do some repairs that you don't know if you really need or not. I agree with another reviewer about dealing with a small shop versus a large shop or dealership, if you are lucky enough to have a guy like Chad running the show, there is no comparison. I brought one of my cars into a larger shop and they had a trainee working on my car, it made me a bit uncomfortable, but the job was fairly simple, so it was okay, it was only later that I realized I had missing clips and an assortment of different nuts and bolts that replaced my OEM nuts and bolts. Not cool! I have not and don't anticipate I will ever question the bill because I trust Chad. Quality work and honesty goes a long way.
