This place have so many rude and unprofessional staff. Personally do not want to come visit ever again. Due to urgency we schedule this new place. The place is in complex and there is no clear sign for any guidance where to find place. That is why we were late for 10 min. We told to sit and wait 30 min and in the end they say doctor are too busy and can not even speak with us for 5 min. For this visit with my son I have to take 2houra off from my work and I am so disappointed what we get

Personnel are unprofessional and unqualified. The radiologist noted my CT scan showed a 5cm nodule while the true result is actually 5mm. No comments from doctor and no response to my concerns. Already spent hundreds of dollars on blood testing before finally learned the radiologist made a "typo".

Doctor wheeler is a damn joke and I'll never allow my kids to be seen by her again. Anyone else that has her should not let their kids be seen by such an idiot of a doctor. Minor tiny scratches and CPS will be called. Funny how the doctors that cps made us see all thought it was way out of line to call. And the Sheriff department even told the cps lady to shut up and get out of our house while he was talking to us because he knew how stupid this call was. F U Weeler.

This is a place filled with rude staff. They all have issues and very uptight and nobody knows why. They just walk away from you and appear to REALLY hate their jobs. They also give wrong information on MyHealthOnline and they just say they’re aware and look at you like they don’t care. Go somewhere else. Being nice even if others are not ought to be given to other facilities.

I hate to leave a 1-star review but this is so someone in charge reads this. This concerns the phone menu - it's horrible! Please make the phone experience easier and connect an operator with a caller ASAP. Dealing with the myriad of questions and things to say yes and no to was a real headache. Just put us through to a human being, please! That being said, on the fourth try, I was helped by Ashley and she was super HELPFUL! Thank you Ashley, hope your supervisor reads this. You did a great job helping me with getting my son's immunization records :).

Terrible receptionists at Sunnyvale Radiology, Rude, in a rush, never call back to make an appointment, have to hold for 1 hour to get an appointment. Don't know how to look at drs orders nor coordinate with the dr on discrepancies.

From great practice and customer service to terrible customer service. PAMF has some of the best doctors and care team but their front-end office is terrible. The primary goal of front - desk seems to be to "act doctor" and do nothing other than keep connecting you to an over-worked operator. While the patient has a simple care related question - the amount of churn it takes is astounding increasing costs for both patients and PAMF as well as reducing efficiencies. A good case study of how front-end operations can significantly alter quality of care. It boils down to how many customer service reps are you willing to talk to before you even get to talk to your doctor. Tony A.

I had a good experience when my old doctor was still here. Once he left they randomly assigned me a new doctor where I was being asked to go onsite in order to even get blood work ordered. Now I made an appointment to see a provider that I saw before on line and requested some annual Blood work which I haven't had over a year. I get an email from a nurse who is part of the new primary doctor office pushing back on it, stating it's now recommended every 3-5 years. Why do they make it so hard? So if they are delaying and I have issues that were neglected and worsen should they be accountable for it? I'm really having second thoughts about switching to Standford care.

Disappointed. I recently moved to the South Bay from San Francisco and figured I'd stay within the Sutter Health system since I absolutely loved the doctors that I saw back in SF. This is my second time interacting with them and I'm convinced that nobody here knows what they're doing. 1. I saw a physician here for what appeared to be an allergic reaction. I was the ONLY person in the waiting room and still had to wait 40 minutes to be seen while hearing the doctor and nurses laughing away and having casual conversations in the hall. The cherry on top? The physician prescribed a steroidal ointment for my allergic reaction (on my face) and when I went to the pharmacy, I was told by the pharmacist to specifically NOT use this ointment on my face when that's exactly where the reaction was. This visit was a complete waste. 2. I called earlier this afternoon to establish care for my annual exam. The first customer service rep had no idea if they take my insurance and I was put on a very extensive hold while she checked. Finally, I got the green light when she verified my policy. She asked what department I needed an annual for and put me on a 45 MINUTE HOLD until that department finally picked up and told me that they aren't even scheduling annuals at this time. Why waste 45 minutes of my time by transferring me there if they aren't even scheduling annual exams? Quite frankly, this isn't the place that I'd like to establish ongoing medical care with if the doctors prescribe medications that you can't even use to treat the problem and the call center has no idea what's going on with them either.

Physical therapist with years of experience unable to read MRIs or explain what is going on with me in particular. Gave exercises that didn't correspond with my injury. Even with free treatment it's not worth your time, look elsewhere.

So lets face it, even if healthy going to a hospital is no bueno. It can take time, its literally full of sick people, and can be expensive. We needed my son to be seen quickly before he left for school. Since our main PAMF location was booked we chose this one as it had appointment that day. It seems to be a newer location. Plenty of parking, helpful staff, and they got us in and out as quickly as possible. You cannot ask for more than that
