Not worth 1 star but wouldn't let me post without one. Horrible customer service when warranting 2 expensive tropatone lounge slings I had custom made to replace my old ones. They were just under 2 years old. They basically disinegrated. I was first told they would replace the fabric. What good is that to me. I still have to have them made. Then I was told they wouldn't even replace the fabric. The original fabric had been discontinued. Most likely because it was cheap and didn't last. I have no children or pets to destroy it. I always put them out of the weather. My previous ones lasted 15 years. Needles to say I will not be doing business with Patioworld.

It's a lovely store with lots of quality outdoor furniture. We only went in to just look but in the end we purchased an outdoor dining set and umbrella. Richard, the manager, was so helpful. He and answered all our questions and educated us on all the new styles. We were told since our items were in stock we would probably have them in two weeks. Well, we purchased on Saturday and they were delivered on the following Tuesday July 4th!! We are so happy we bought at Patioworld.

I bought several Ramsey furniture peoces which I regret. Materials of the furniture wear and tear easily despite a very high price tag. The return policy is 24-hours so no recourse on their poor quality. The management at the store in Sunnyvale is awful and unhelpful in resolving the many issues I’ve had. FIND ANOTHER outdoor furniture store.

AVOID!Richard was nice and helpful in the store, but we have now been waiting for months to even get a reply acknowledging our warranty issue when our chair leg broke from simply sliding it out to stand up. This company does not stand by their products.IF they reply and make good on their warranty I will revise my review.

I'm so happy with the furniture we bought from Richard Feng in Sunnyvale. Our furniture shipment was delayed due to supply chain issues, but Richard was patient with my continued status inquiries. He responded quickly when I indicated I wished I had ordered an additional chair (after our initial delivery) and had it to me within days.

We ordered O.W. Lee patio furniture from Richard Feng at the Sunnyvale location of Patio World in February of last year. Our timing was unfortunate, because O.W. Lee was relocating their factory to Texas, and Covid was snarling supply chains all over the world. Richard warned us of likely delays due to O.W. Lee's move when we placed the order, but we liked the style so much we ordered anyway. To make a long story short, the furniture was delayed as predicted, but Richard was unfailingly apologetic, courteous, and prompt in getting us updated ETAs from the factory, and we have finally received the furniture and are extremely happy with the quality. We've since been back several times to order additional furniture from him.

We spent around $9k for outdoor furniture. We were told everything we ordered was in stock and would take a month for delivery. Two months later I call to find out the status. It was delivered a week later. We ordered a cocktail table that had a light underneath but it came with no battery! When I called about it Richard said the battery wasn't included. Made no sense but he offered to give me the stores battery. I had to drive down and get it. Secondly I wanted to return two swivel chairs that were too big for our space. A nightmare. Their policy is to return within 24 hours. Store is closed 3 days and I didn't make the cut. After being so angry and discussed with senior manager, they finally agreed to take them back. (They were still wrapped in plastic.). The restock fee and delivery return cost almost $1,000 so buyer beware. Will never use this vendor again.

If you are tired of Restoration Hardware prices and not impressed with Costco patio stuff, try Patioworld. Well designed and high quality furniture at very reasonable price for the quality.

Richard Han Feng, Manager of Sunnyvale Patioworld was incredibly helpful, patient and solicitous during our visit to Patioworld to replace our Tropitone padded cushions. He went the extra mile to call alerting us to an extended promotion...saving us more than $600. Thank you Richard for your excellent customer service.

We purchased 6 patio armchairs last week to use with our existing patio table. Good showroom with choices. Les Jardin design very nice, and quality looks excellent. Richard, the store manager, was very helpful in showing us available style and color options. Also, he kindly let us take one showroom chair home to see how it fit with our table. We brought it back that afternoon, even though he had said we could keep it overnight if necessary. This trial allowed to feel very comfortable with this purchase. The chairs were available for pickup this week, as he had promised.
