They checked my check engine light for free and recommended shops for service. I'm not sure if that's customary for parts shops to do but I really appreciate that they do that here! The guy was so nice and helpful and answered all my questions!

Shoutout to Jasmine - we walked into the store and she immediately came up to us to help with our return. So friendly and cheerful, made the whole process so easy. We will absolutely return to this location based on this great experience.

They test batteries for free and have batteries for almost all the cars; they didn't have mine.

=== Outlier Good Service === I've been here at least twice and both times has surprisingly good service, head and shoulders difference from your average retail experience. Came for pretty basic stuff: windshield wipers, etc. + Jasmine happily and competently looked up the right size wipers for both our vehicles. + Did NOT try to upsell me when she easily could have (no "You definitely want the Teflon coated Super Blades because the cheaper stuff just doesn't keep your windshield clear in a storm" spiel when she easily could have). In fact, she suggested the basic models first. + Didn't balk when I asked what a level up was and instead of giving me 5 different options, gave me a recommendation for what she felt next level up was which I thought was more than reasonable. + Went and got them for me instead of just telling me what aisle. Didn't even ask, just went and got them. + Asked if I wanted to join loyalty program but didn't pressure. Since this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've had a positive experience, I signed up. + Offered help installing the blades. I declined because I knew how to do it... + ... Until I attempted my wife's rear windshield wiper. Couldn't figure it out. Went back in and Jasmine was more than happy to come out and help me install it. Seriously, this was amazing service with a great attitude. Their prices seem competitive and even if they aren't the lowest, I'd still come here because it's so hard to trust car places. More helpful, positive people like Jasmine, please! :-) The person at the counter with her was also really friendly but I unfortunately didn't catch his name.

Nick the manager was very helpful with our car battery when we were trying to figure out the warranty. He managed to find records of it from two years ago despite a typo for our phone number. It was clear he was juggling multiple things while helping us and he was great.

I wouldn't say LOVED IT - I'd still give it 5 stars though - I went in during a time when it wasn't busy so I didn't have to stand in line oh, I was able to go straight to the cashier and I was doing returns and I was able to return everything because of the system that they have that logs everything that I buy from them! Something's I had a receipt for, the transmission fluid and oil ranch I didn't but it was in the system so I was able to return everything! Having a system like that is very convenient- even more convenient than those stores who go by the credit card that you used to pay for the items to look it up in the event you don't have a receipt! So yes, five stars to O'Reilly and the cashier was pleasant as well

Came here for tail lights and Emilee made great recommendations on what could potentially draining my car battery. She checked my battery and alternator as a courtesy and I will definitely be back once I can figure out why my battery isn't holding a charge... thank you Emileee

Often better stocked than its sister store near Golfland, but often itself bested by the store just past Highway 85, it's located on the Murphy St side of the Allario Strip Mall at El Camino and Sunnyvale Ave. Solid location for auto parts and automotive fluid recycling.

Auto parts and accessories chain located in Sunnyvale. Store is well stocked, staff is friendly, and hours are nice. Can be a little difficult to find. Parking is ample. It’s located in a quiet place right off of el Camino real. The store offers the following things:Auto partsAuto cleaning productsAuto accessoriesWipersCoversOilAnd many other products.Accepts credit and debit cards. Friendly staff, was able to get in and out within about 5 minutes and they offered me a box to take my stuff with me!

I actually live closer to the other one at 170 Camino in mountain view. But I drive way out of my way to come to this one. The people that work here are very friendly compared to the other one. They are not very friendly or helpful @170 El Camino. I'm very polite. I always say thank you and I get no response. I was just at the Sunnyvale store spent about 75 bucks and the person was very friendly and even offered to give me a box to put my products. They typically don't have a lot of people on staff but again they are really friendly and willing to help. So be patient if you call and then you don't get a response right away. The Sunnyvale stores a lot smaller and does not have quite the inventory the other store. But in my opinion the other store blows... Again it's just my opinion but when I go to the Sunnyvale store they seem very friendly. The one in mountain view, most of the time the people there seem like they don't want to be bothered.
