Excellent neighborhood hardware store. They have a good selection of items and friendly staff who are always ready to take the time to help. The shelves are well organized and knowledgeable staff provide good information. They make keys. Plenty of parking available. Feels great shopping here unlike some warehouse style stores where you can get lost roaming the aisles unable to find what you need.

This is an inviting hardware and nursery store to get your needed items. It is not a huge store, which saves you time walking around miles for getting that one thing that you need. Plants are good quality in here. The personal is helpful and friendly.

Very large selection of items. Slightly pricier than Home Depot but the variety is great. If you need something slightly out of the ordinary this is the place to visit.

Outdoor Supply Hardware or nominally OSH is the replacement store for the original Orchard Supply Hardware. Much of the character of the original OSH still lives in the new iteration. It is full of supplies, tools and hardware needed for home repair and pretty much every other professional and DIY project. It is well lit and nicely organized. While prices are on par with OSH (the original), they may not be the least in the marketplace, but you will find knowledgeable folks and what you need right in front of you. Check it out.

Garret rocks! Love the personal help and care this place gives. Garret personally and happily mixed a specific stain for me. Much better experience than I usually have at Home Depot. I'm going to come here more often to try to keep them in business competing with Amazon.

had the misfortune of having seen an apparent manager here named 'Johnny' who was crude, impatient, and makes me question OSH's judgement as a whole like no other interaction has before. honestly just praying for the workers at this point that a fraction of what I had witnessed isn't their burden to bear

I try to do business at these OSH stores as my father always went to their original birthright back in the day and I want to keep them going. This one had a worker with a bad attitude when I went to return something and I think I'll skip going to this one in the future.

I knew I had one of these Outdoor Supply Hardware stores literally around the block from me, but I had been going for just plant stuff and would usually drive further to Home Depot for everything else. For some reason when I had time, I decided to walk the entire store. I kept getting blown away by the amount of high quality stuff they have, which is all neatly organized in a store that’s actually pleasant to be in (unlike the chaos that you have to suffer through at Home Cheapot). They have lot of home essentials like lighting, networking cables, adapters, hand tools to save you in a pinch, and just so much more - they literally have everything! Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever have to drive further than around the block for any of my projects around the house anymore. Helpful staff. This store is a dream.

They are still selling Roundup when they were informed last year that Roundup main ingredient is glyphosate.Glyphosate kills the beneficial microorganisms in the soil and is a carcinogen, causes cancer.

There are no price tags on clothing. Explanation: prices are changing regularly :) what a nonsense. This store have some serious management issues. Price tags need to be on everything, even though prices are changing regularly.

I needed several 3mm and 4mm screws and nuts for a project. Outdoor Supply has by far the selection of individual fasteners in a mass market store and they're open on Sunday. Like Orchard Supply Before it, they also carry an incredible assortment of craft sodas at the checkout stands.

OSH is far better than the big box lumber stores when it comes to hardware. They have a superior selection of nuts, bolts, screws, etc. They have a great variety of spray paint too - I've always found what I need.

Oh my, they had it! Each time I've gone looking for something I hoped a hardware store would have, good old OSH did have it. Don't let the Outdoor in OSH fool you. If you have to recycle a florescent light tube they might have room in their container. It's best to call the store first and they still answer the phone with a smile.
