I have been attending Orangetheory fitness at Sunnyvale downtown since August 2023 and I could say from my weight reduction journey that I have lost approximately 30+ pounds within a span of seven months and this is a great progress according to me and thank you Orangetheory fitness.I been attending Coach Rachel’s classes since day one and this shout out is for the dedication And hard work she puts to design her Classes is truly commendable. She is always available during the sessions if you have any issues or concerns to address.Only because the timing and the classes of coach Rachel matches with my routine I Haven’t tried out Other coach sessions, but I could see the same dedication given to people in every coach classes.

Love the variety in their workouts! The studio is clean, the coaches are enthusiastic and keep the right attitude going. Rachel keeps it interesting and corrects my form from time to time when needed. I love how I rejuvenated I feel hours after I’ve finished their workout.

Great coaches and classes. Would love to see improvement in the admin area. When we signed up we were not made fully aware of all the offers that were available. Hence we ended up with a different rate than anyone who joined. They didn’t let us know that if we were to join as an elite member we would be missing out on an offer (we raised a request on the website which didn’t lead anywhere)We have seen different behavior in the afternoon crew and evening crew when it comes to accommodations and it would be helpful to see some consistency there as well

I love all the coaches and classes here. I feel admin staff needs more attention. Evening crew is better according me. They did not give me promotional benefits when I joined and one of the staff members admitted that whoever guided me while joining should have done the admission differently. I even sent out an email for which I never received any response. I was seven mins late to the class for the first time and they did not let me in. I understand it's their policy to not let you in if it's more than five minutes but I expect some flexibility if it's the first time.

Been wanting to try Orange Theory with being a committed member in mind if I had a good experience. I signed up for a free class with a friend who was already a member and was a little late to the intro class 30 minutes prior the the actual class because I couldn’t find any parking on a packed Friday evening. I was told that because I’m late, I couldn’t attend the intro class nor the actual class that I signed up for after driving all the way there.I’ll be looking for another fitness group since this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Orange Theory does not seem to value potential clients at all.

I was promised that they will respond to messages on text. And that doesn't really happen. You have to text multiple times. Especially when the delay in replying to a message can help make moneyfor the studio.Also, they won't notify you before charging you. You think your membership is suspended. But suddenly you will see a $200 charge there.Don't recommend this branch.
