Couldn't Find Anything To Complain About, Everything Was Pretty Easy To Find And For A Small Corner Store, They Have Everything You Might Need Besides Meat... Don't Go Far When One Stop Is Close And Decently Priced...

What a pleasant surprise! Liquor stores usually have old, dusty bottles of alcohol and even dustier wine bottles. But this place has a great selection of wine, champagne and craft beer! The owner, Shelley, gets all the new craft beers as soon as they come out. This place is a hidden gem, and that's a shame because they deserve a lot more attention.

AN unusual place. From the outside it looks like a typical liquor store. Inside it's all that plus a coffee bar, the addition of higher end spirits, grocery/snacks and a small gift shop. I was in the area eating lunch and went in via curiosity. They had some Suntory whiskey but didnt have the vintages I was looking for. So they recommended me to their sister shop which is Hana Bottle Shop up the way. Nice employee with solid customer service skills

Came in to get something less than $10 and to my surprise they charged me $0.50 for using my credit card. There were no signs that mentions this extra charge, neither did the guy behind the counter warn me about it. I said I would pay him cash if he refunds my credit card charge but he refused. Be warned: bring cash to the store and ask for a receipt!

Very basic supplies. More of a liquor store than a one stop shop. Alcohol, ice, water and basic stuff. Not a place to even get orange juice.

Today I discovered that I was two dozen eggs short of a recipe, and tried the One Stop Shop for the first time. This is the little mini mart across Homestead from Kaiser Hospital, next to the Pacific Scuba Divers shop on Homestead Road. They are open Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 10:30 pm and Saturday/Sunday 7:00 am - 11:30 pm. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of. The shop is very walkable (no big streets to cross) from the Birdland, Raynor Park, Peterson Middle School, Laurelwood Elementary, and Woodbridge Apartments areas, and a short walk across Homestead from the Kaiser Hospital and Apple Campus 2 area. This is a locally-owned, family business. They have organic eggs and milk (non-organic, too), diapers, fresh foods in the small scale, propane tanks, a small selection of fresh fruit, Chobani yogurt, boxes of pasta and jars of sauce, medications (mini-pharmacy), plenty of snack and junk foods, rather good beer selection (some craft-type beers), several types of Clif bars, ice creams, etc. There is a great deal lot more, but you get the idea. There are plenty of snack foods and similar items as well. The owner greeted me warmly, and after I expressed my delight with the organic eggs, said their traffic has been slow because advertising is expensive. He was very nice and was quick to point out that they want it to be a family-focused store, e.g. he has chosen not to stock adult reading materials and the like. So if you forgot until the last minute that you were the preschool or sports snack parent, if your friends dropped by to hang out and the snack cupboard is empty, if you headed out for your bike ride and realized you forgot fuel, find yourself without critical ingredients, or need to quickly make dinner - there are some good choices and I encourage you to visit the One Stop Shop!

My husband brought home a loaf of bread last night from this store, "Old Home Wheat Bread." I opened it up later that evening and the bread was dry and hard and moldy, from the first slice all the way through the loaf. It was past its sell by date (Feb 9). Trying to get them on the phone and it's perpetually busy. Hoping to get a refund. Not a great first experience so far but if they refund us I'll feel better about them. It's conveniently by the medical center so if you need something after an appointment you can stop by. He says it's a mom and pop store so I'm rooting for them to do better about going through their stock in the future.
