Unreasonable price. They avoid providing quota and will send you incredible after insurance bill. Never go here even if you have insurance

Accessible and available, but wow, so expensive. The service was from a registered nurse, not from a doctor, and frankly didn't resolve my issue. Brave the lines at urgent care with your regular provider or use the telehealth option, and only use this if you really really need to see someone in a jiffy.

I'm absolutely appalled by the exorbitant fees charged at this clinic. A 20-minute visit to check for a simple ear infection cost me a jaw-dropping $430! No lab tests, no complex procedures – just a quick look into my ears. This feels like outright exploitation of patients. It's outrageous to charge such an astronomical amount for such a basic service. I left feeling not only frustrated but completely taken advantage of.I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to think twice. Unless you enjoy throwing money away, there are certainly more reasonable and transparent healthcare options available.

A terrible rip off that charged you $530 for a low complexity visit. When asked about bill details, they can only provide the total, and no further details!! I felt scammed.

I would not recommend this clinic. I had a really bad experience with the MD I saw. She would not focus on my health concerns and instead commented on my weight. It feels like I did not receive actual medical care but was instead billed $400 for a doctor to congratulate me on losing a few pounds.

Clean, attentive and quick care. I've been to this one medical a number of times and they've always been on time and all of the doctors and nurses have been kind of caring especially Doctor Fell. Highly recommended, though due to the popularity of the location, it can be somewhat hard to book an appointment.I am on a PPO plan though which caps my visit costs to a copay amount.

Day-Light robbery. They charged $1,000 for a typhoid shot and did not mention it was going to be that much. One Medical should be shut down.

My son's appointment was suddenly cancelled 5 minutes before we arrived, even after getting confirmation text 1.5 hours before the appointment. And they marked it on the system "NO SHOW" even though we were there at least 10 minutes before the appointment.

$800, for a 20 minutes low complexity visit! 3 times more expensive than urgent care. I can’t even express how shocked and angry I am.After reading tons of similar experience reviews, I found this is a common occurrence. I really wish I checked the reviews before I go.Avoid this place at all cost!

I can't believe my eyes when I saw the bill from them. A short 15min~ish visit with low to mid complexity results in an insanely high $549 bill, $362.22 after insurance deduction. All I received was a bandage tie on my left hand. The treatment itself was fair, and the practitioner was nice. But the bill didn't make any sense. After tons of conversations, I never got a detailed breakdown of the $549 bill - none of us patients get to know what's happening behind the curtain, what kind of price negotiation happened between One Medical and the insurance company, that gave rise to crazy bills like this. And it's not only me, but plenty of my friends, who received hundreds dollars of bills even without getting any treatment, just some oral advice or referral to other clinics. I am deeply disappointed that the price negotiation always goes secretly, and people are forced to get used to it, otherwise paying even more. I'll never visit this clinic again, nor many other One Medical sites.

I have been going to this One Medical location (Orchard) for over a year now and I am supremely grateful for Dr. Longhang Nguyen’s attention and care of all my health needs. I also use their app and the response is quick and very helpful. Truly, this is the best healthcare I have ever received.

Their bill is surprisingly out of market price range ($374 after discount for a short office visit with low complexity). This is 2-3 times more expensive than other medical service providers in the bay area.

I made an appointment the night before stating I had chest pain and trouble breathing. When I got to my appointment the nurse took my vitals, then said there was nothing she could do for me as they don’t have EKG or x ray there. She told me to go to an urgent care down the street. So what’s the purpose of OneMedical then? I shouldn’t have even gone here. She didn’t charge me for the appointment which was nice of her, but I think they should have told me to go somewhere else over the phone before my appointment, as they knew what I was coming in with.

I made an appointment at this branch, but the doctor I saw was unhelpful and provided no useful information. Despite that, I received a bill for $549, which I find to be a complete waste of both time and money. Upon contacting OneMedical, they explained that their services are limited to recommendations and appointment scheduling. So, why is this place associated with OneMedical? What sorting algorithm do they use? And why wasn't I informed about the price range prior to my visit?
