Wonderful experience with Nijjar jewelers. Their prices were impressive compared to other jewelers in the area. Mr.Pal was going way beyond my expectations in terms of customer friendliness, guidance, courtesy and he made the overall experience truly wonderful! Terrible! There are ton of decent Indian jewelry shops within a mile from this one. I wouldn’t suggest if you’re a Hindu. At least that’s the vibe I got.

I haven't purchased anything yet, but my first contact with Nijjar Jewelers was VERY positive. I went to the wrong address to find a sign saying they had moved and to call the number posted. When I called, they said they were in the process of closing but would wait for me. I quickly drove to their new address, and they had left out trays of bracelets for me to peruse. I spent some time looking, and they were very accommodating sincerely asking me to return when they could spend more time and show me more products that had already been put away. Thank you for showing so much concern for a potential customer. There was no pressure, and they had some lovely choices. I will return.

My favorite spot for jewelry! They supply modern and traditional design jewelry in 22k gold and are able to make custom pieces if desired. Service is always fun and friendly. I appreciate them always working with me as an out of state customer!

Bad customer service. I called before I went to see if they will still be open by the time I arrive because I live an hour and 30 mins away so I wanted to double check if they will be open. The guy said yes. I get there and it wasn't just closed but they switched locations which he didn't mention at during the phone call. I then called multiple times and he didn't answer until like the 5th call and said he left already and that he assumed I knew about the new location. Like what??? Do better!

One of the best family owned shops you’ll find in the bay!This store can do it all - daily wear, luxury, engagement rings, etc.I got my engagement ring done here and it came out better than any store/e-commerce brand could do!!!Price was amazing, compared to the market average.Service was great! Paul and his team got it done in a rush turnaround.Can’t say thank you enough to Nijjar Jewelers!
