Absolutely my favorite shop! Nearly New has such a variety of lovely items, from jewelry and designer clothing, handbags, antiques and artwork to children's toys and books, seasonal coats, modern and vintage glassware, clothing for the whole family, holiday decorations and more.
Bargains and "fabulous finds" are waiting for you here.
This is where I buy my favorite scarves, earrings and antique glassware. -Plus, a few nice gifts! ( Happy to share my best resource with you.) There are plenty of goodies for everyone to buy, with the sales proceeds going to scholarships for local women. Come and enjoy a great shopping experience here!

They have a very nice selection of clothing! Everything is sectioned by sizing. They do have a plus size rack and a small fitting room. The store is on the smaller side but definitely one filled with hidden treasures and trinkets :) I would recommend to come early. Staff was very kind and helpful!

Clean store and amazing prices, but it was clearly intended to be a women’s thrift shop. Most of the clothing-oriented items are designed for women, and the men’s clothing selection is relegated to the back and is only one sparse shelf. That said, still amazing prices. There was also a book section, of which I purchased six books for seven dollars. They’re very good books too, I must say.
I went with my sister, who purchased about 50 dollars of summer and winter clothing, none blemished or torn. We looked up the original prices online and found we saved about 95% on clothing.
The older women manning the registers were unorganized, tacit, and dismissive, but not overtly rude or mean. It’s no five star can do attitude, but in no way did I ever feel offended. There was a moment in time where a mother and her children came in and they gave them the stink eye, but personally I believe it was because they were horsing around the $300 porcelain set a little too roughly for comfort.
Overall, I’m giving this five stars, solely because I don’t believe there’s a single other thrift store in the entirety of the Bay Area where you can get such quality brand clothing at such a low price. It also helps my conscience that this is a complete non-profit that gives their entire net gain to, currently, a women’s education scholarship program. Definitely five thumbs up. Tell your friends! Or don’t and snag that L.L bean sweater and Levi Jeans combo for 8 dollars yourself.

I am sorry you found our Store Manager rude. If it is real busy we ask customers to come back another time to combine cards. The cards are an incentive for repeat customers. Please try again.

This is my goto shopping place when looking for something special. The ladies are all volunteer and have such a kind and welcoming customer service approach. Found some of my most cherished and favorite things here. Love this place

Lupita, the manager, is rude. She is quite vocal about not liking the reward card program the store has. A customer was combining 2 reward cards. The customer saw that Lupita was shorting her and pointed it out. After some conversation about it, Lupita said to the customer, to her face, that she was a pain in the ass. Yikes!
