I really enjoy the Apt. Community events! I just attended the pancakes and pajamas and had the most amazing breakfast catered by Holy Cannoli! ??. Apt. Manager Diana and her Team at Naya are wonderful! ?☺️

It has been a great experience living here at Naya! The amenities are top notch and the people at the leasing office have always been helpful with any issues we discussed with them (especially Jon & Diana)

I enjoyed living in here for the past couple of years. It has a very nice gym, and also has good pet wash station that I can use for my dog. Management group are super helpful and friendly.

I've visited numerous apartments in Sunnyvale, Mountain View, and Santa Clara. Despite its convenient location, Naya is significantly overpriced considering its subpar building condition. The pool heating is always out of order, rendering it unusable.I've also talked to some current residents, and it's evident that the management doesn't prioritize retaining its tenants, which is a major concern. Despite their claims of high occupancy, I wouldn't be surprised if that changes soon.

Very happy with our move in so far. The community manager Michael is friendly and helpful. There are community events and a nice gym. We even saw a duck swimming in the pool ?

Apartment building's condition has been deteriorating very fast as is in hands of understaffed management. Building owners need to pay attention urgently and bring in experienced community manager to take care.

Great location, careless management (Michael), often out of order amenities (gym etc), smelly corridors. No efforts in keeping residents happy.

Nice location but bad living condition. Community manager Michael is cold and has arrogant vibes. Not at all approachable.

There is thief in there gated parking lot. My car got break in twice in a month. There are a lot surveillance cameras in the parking lot. So it should be very straightforward to catch the thief. I contact the manager immediately after my car break in and told him the exact 10-minute time range when the break in happened. but he delayed the response a week and then tell me they only keep the video record for 7 days.

Came in for a tour. The Community Manager Michael said they do not offer self guided tours even though the website says at the very top “In Person, Self-Guided, and Virtual tours available”Drove all the way here just to not even be allowed to see the apartment.When I asked why, Michael said it was a liability issue.Unprofessional and disrespectful.

My lease ended a few months back. Returned back the apartment as clean as it could get by hiring professional cleaners. Management ended up charging me for cleaning and a bunch of other random things to make sure they don’t return a single dollar of my security deposit. Did a bunch of email follow ups but no reply till date.

Adrian and Jon are great. Had a few problems, but they are willing to help. I would like to thank both. Management is really a great part of the satisfaction after 1 month of living here.
